This home offers a private patio featuring a pool, a five burner BBQ, outdoor dining table for six and a fire pit for those cooler nights! Plenty of shade under the patio cover and umbrella! Enjoy the sunny days by the pool while relaxing on the chaise lounge! Invite friends over for a glass of wine next to the fire pit while grilling for your family or friends!

INDOORS
This unit features a spacious kitchen area with plenty of food prepping space and all that you need to have a great vacation! There is a dining table for six and additional seating for four at the counter bar. The kitchen/dining room connects to the living space, providing ample seating and comfortable sofas great for enjoying a movie or show with your loved ones on a 60in. Smart TV. The living area connects to a den featuring a work desk space for those who need to work remotely. There is direct access to the outdoor pool/patio area from the living room. This home features washer and dryer and a two car garage.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main bedroom features a king bed, large walk-in closet, a 50in. TV w/ Cable Service and a large main bath with a walk in shower. The guest room offers a queen bed, closet, and a bathroom located in the hall. There is a sense of privacy. Casita features a queen bed with ensuite bath, ceiling fan, closet, and 55 in. SmartTV.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Sun City Palm Desert offers a variety of community amenities, including: golf, two premium fitness facilities with a large selection of free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, TRX style suspension equipment, stretching areas, swimming pools, changing lockers and showers and more. One fitness center has an indoor track for all weather walking or jogging, five pools, three with 75 foot lap lanes for swimming or walking, 1 is indoors and all have jetted hot tubs, Fitness classes including Water and Dance Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Tai- Chi, Line Dancing, Ballet and more. There are 20 tennis, Paddle & Pickle ball courts and 8 Bocce courts for residents to use. A fee of $25 per person is required to register for use of facilities, registration must be completed onsite with the HOA management company. The registration fees are not included in the rental rates.

The minimum age for this property is 55 years.
POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
