This beautiful home is located behind gates of Del Web in Sun City. It requires one guest to be 55 or over. It is decorated with the Tommy Bahama style in mind. It offers a huge backyard with private jacuzzi and bbq. 2 bedrooms with dressers and closets and a third room with Queen bed and dresser. 2 baths.
Large Kitchen with Island. Check out Sun City, Palm Desert & see all the amenities, golf courses, pools, tennis, pickle ball, yoga and water aerobics and lap swimming indoors or outside! 2 Restaurants, indoor track, 2 full gym and many exercise classes. 3 clubhouses. Pro shops. Also enjoy the dog parks. And many clubs like sewing, knitting, art and stain glass, to name a few. Close to several Casinos with concerts. Minutes to Coachella. Sun City requires a $25.00 onetime fee to enjoy most extras!

Sun city rental

Large spacious 3 bedroom home with lots of storage and room. Backyard was sunny and very private. Community amazing!! Great stay!

Great location

I was very comfortable in this well located home. Its close to the front gate and main clubhouse. The yard needs some attention ie stumps removed,. The home was well equipped, particularly the kitchen. It could use a Kurig or better coffee pot. Ellen the owner was pleasant

excellent value

A rare find in the Sun City homes to have three proper bedrooms .During this time of pandemic and travel restrictions an extremely fair cancellation policy. A treat to have a large green garden with fruit trees. There was a glitch with a door code on arrival and owners were extremely responsive in sorting it out and continued to check on how we were settling in. The Sun City community has fantastic recreation and social activties

Needs Some TLC

Home is very nice and big with lots of room and you can't beat the location with it being in Del Web Sun City. Pet friendly was very important and is close to two dog areas. The hardwood floors need to be replaced, seating in the living room needs replaced, W/D are old and ruined our bed sheets. Owners are great and very responsive. Hopefully a few improvements wil be made/updated.

Once again I am sorry that I dropped the ball on you wanting to stay for 3 months in 2024 and I didn't block the dates correctly. Apparently, the people that stayed before you had grandchildren that jumped on the couch or something. Cleaners did not notice a squeaky spring on our new couch. The master bedroom and bathroom are getting remodel! Also the jacuzzi is getting new pepple-teck and tile. All the walkways and patio deck in the backyard are getting kool-deck starting tomorrow. Not sure what your problem was with my wood floors. They are very dog friendly and much better than carpet. I am still planning to change the wood to tile throughout because that is what I prefer. There are new appliances in kitchen since I posted pictures. I will be posting new pictures as soon as work is completed. As for the washer and dryer. We have had no other complaints and I have been using them since June of 2023 because I am living here to oversee the remodeling. They are not brand new but I like them more than the brand new Maytags I bought for another property. Lowes had to replace everything on the dryer. I than fought for a replacement because the whole dryer was a rebuilt when I had only owned the set for 3 months. Top of the line.. Finally, they replaced. So sorry something happened to your sheets! I do have 1000 count Egyptian 100 % cotton sheets on master bed that are always washed in hot water! All other beds also have 100% cotton sheets. Thanks again for your stay. We are opened for the dates you like if you want me to book for 2025!

Host is very responsive and accessible and replies to all messages, house is spacious and well stocked with mostly everything you need, we had an enjoyable stay

First time in Sun City

We've visited the desert several times, first time in Sun City. Very conveniently located to everything. The home is very nice, large, quite private and quiet. Everything worked, no surprises. Owner responds quickly to any inquiries. Our visit was marred by an accident that my wife suffered but not related in any way to the property. All in all a thumbs up.
