We had one pool right out the back door, harbor access within a walk, and the beach about a 10 minute walk. Driving to the beach and free parking right to the beach access was a bit easier. Great rental!

Hurricane Helene Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice. We enjoyed our stay! Hurricane Helene made landfall near Cedar Key, bit Destin was on the far west side of the storm, so we barely go any rain or wind. Also, the Wi-Fi modem went out at the beginning of the stay but maintenance was prompt in replacing it.

Would not stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not clean at all when we arrived. Dead bugs on the floor (roaches), stains on floor, not dusted, blood on curtains, dining table was broke, pads on dining room table full of disgusting stains and black pet hair, so bad you would not have wanted to sit on it, slider door was hard to open and no screen door. Bathroom tub water had black substance coming out of it the first time we used it and it stained the bathtub and clogged the drain having to have the maintenance man come snake it out. Stains on chairs, broken furniture, broken dishes and dirty dishes in cupboards. Would never stay in this room again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a decent condo. The couch bed was uncomfortable. The Keurig didn’t work. It was a long walk to the beach. The kitchen table is unleveled. Overall, it was clean and we were at the beach. I didn’t book it until 5 days before arrival, so honestly I wasn’t expecting anything outstanding.
