Family Vacay

Absolutely amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four. When they say steps away from the beach-they aren’t lying! There were all items of importance of use in kitchen so no need to pack much. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella, even sand toys in the storage box on the patio. If we return to Destin I’ll be staying here.

We stayed 4 nights with our 3 kids, the condo is right outside the pool which is very convenient, it is a little cramped with 3 kids, but the condo was stocked with kitchen appliances, and they had a deck box with beach toys and a few chairs. We had a great visit

Great place to stay!

We were so happy with the property! Everything matched or exceeded our expectations. The location was great - close to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. It was just easy!

Beach

Hot tub was not open apparently it was drained for repair or maintenance. We were really looking forward to sitting in it to relax. Was unaware before our booking or would have chosen another place with a working hot tub. Asked for a partial credit and no response from owner. Bathroom shower wasn't draining properly so u stood in water to shower. There was sand in the bed when we arrived .

Great location

Everything went very smoothly. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. Beautiful area. My boys loved the pool!

Destin for Fourth of July experience

The best vacation ever!!

The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Owner responded quickly. Check in and check out process was easy with clear instructions. Walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys were available for us to use. The pool was right outside our door. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great stay

The location is unbeatable near the ocean. The pool was a great hit for the kids. There were some beach toys available to use. The apartment is small but we were 5 and made it work for the location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host and cleaner were fantastic and helped me get my hair straightener back to me after I left it by mistake!

Very clean and excellent access to the beach and the pool! The owner was Brest with communicating both answering questions and knowing what to expect My only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

The only positive was the location. Everything else was very, very bad, I was so gullible to believe the reviews before I booked this condo for a week, couldn't wait to leave. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Fall break

Loved the condo! Loved the neighborhood it is in, my kids rode bikes and we rented a golf cart! It takes less than a minute to get to the beach. The road to cross is rarely busy. Maintenance issue with the main pool gate that the owner responded to and followed up with immediately. Fit 5 of us just fine and we plan to come back!

Month-long getaway

It was fine. Had all the basics you'd expect of a 600 sq.ft one bedroom unit across the street from the beach. Overlooked the pool, had a decent-sized porch for setting outside. Porch got sun from mid-morning to near sunset. All in all, a nice place to hang out for a month.

Long weekend trip

For anyone looking for easy beach access, this is perfect because it's directly across the street. My husband and I went fishing on the beach and enjoyed Pompano Joes for lunch and dinner. I love this area of Destin and the ease of walking to the little coffee shop a couple blocks away. Owners were helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is a bigger hot tub. The provided washer/dryer and towels were helpful to have when traveling!

Not suitable for 6 people!

It was way to small for 6 people, not enough space to relax In the living room! Nowhere for 6 people to sit, did not enjoy my stay at all!

Perfect Place

This place was the perfect place for my family, it was the first floor, right in front of the pool and walking distance from the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and simple. We had everything we needed! I will definitely be coming back. The only thing that was annoying was the top neighbors, they had running kids from 6am all the way through almost midnight. But it’s not the owners fault. Other than that it was great and perfect!

Beach time

The condo was clean and smelled great as we walked in to unload of stuff. The patio is right outside the pool area. You have access to outside shower and hose if you want to rinse off. There was plenty of towels, washcloths, hand towels and beach towels. My family of five used all the beds and pull out couch. There was clean bedding ready to use for pull out couch in master closet. We all already we liked the unit and would definitely deserved 5 stars. Make sure to open the top cabinet under master bedroom tv so you don’t have trouble with remote/box.

Great time

Very convenient to the beach. We did not like the small public beach area we were allowed to sit at. It gets very crowded. We found out people staying 2 blocks away had access to the private beach. Not sure if owners can pay a fee to include the private beach access. That was the only negative about our stay.
