POOL & PATIO: The warm Florida sunshine is calling you outdoors to dive into your very own massive swimming pool, surrounded by a ‘Florida glass’ privacy screen. Start on the first floor with the Football Fantasy room—this home’s extra-special and extra-spacious “12th bedroom,” built to sleep up to six sports-loving guests. Designed like an arena, this room is filled with the energy of a live game–with wall art featuring a grassy American football field, life-sized athletes, an oversized NFL trophy, and silhouettes of cheering fans. Bunk beds hide inside a giant football and helmet, and bright-blue slides whisk you back to ground level.
Upstairs in the Mini Playhouse bedroom, the kids will love visiting their favorite animated girl-mouse in her pretty pink abode. This vivid-hued room is full of make-believe fun with a bright blue sky and puffy clouds overhead, hidden bunk beds, and a polka-dot twisty slide.
