Our basement suite is located in the part of St Albert that borders Edmonton so it’s 15-30 minutes away from most key parts of Edmonton. The Anthony Henday is 5 mins away and St Albert Trail which leads to a major connecting road in Edmonton (Groat Road) is 2-5 minutes away.
There are 3 strip malls 5-10 minutes walking distance away, which contain several stores including but not limited to Safeway, Superstore, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Save on Foods, A &W, Dollorama, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Booster Juice, Subway, Nail and beauty shops, CIBC bank, 2 gas stations and so many others.
The St Albert Mall is 7-10 minutes away by car and the West Edmonton Mall is 20 mins away by car.
