Right in the heart of wonderful South Fremantle where all the cool cafes, pubs and restaurants are. Walk to South Beach and the sailing club in minutes!

Free undercover gated parking for two cars, full laundry and kitchen facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning and free WIFI.

Small balcony off the north facing living room for fresh air.

Ideal for singles, couples, families with older children and work colleagues.

The master with queen bed is upstairs and over looks the living area. The second with two single beds is downstairs with the bathroom beside it.

This has a walk in shower and vanity with the washing machine and dryer to one side. Separate toilet for your convenience.

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, an induction cook top with under bench oven plus microwave and dishwasher Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, serving dishes and bowls.

The open plan living area is large with a sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, DVD and music system. A juliette balcony faces north off the living space.

Perfect location

Great location in the heart of South Fremantle. The building is the old Arnotts Mills and Wares factory.We didn't have any issues and found it pretty quiet.

A perfect stay

I loved our stay in Alisons apartment. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The bonus was having a superb indian restaurant a few minutes walk away. Too easy to nip down and grab takeaways as well as dine in. Would happily stay there again.

not as described, manager so rude

I had contacted the host asking if i could view the property before booking- she said no I knew the area and the lofts from outside, so i booked it for a week. on day of check in i called her to ask if i coudl check in early, the apartment was clean and no guests were there but i was not alllowed to check in early ? I had to go to her house to fetch keys, not a lockbox at the apt, she did not meet me- there was no welcome gift of any kind, no coffee machine. the heat/ ac only reaches the downstairs, not the master bed upstairs, the street noise and garbage trucks as its on the 2nd floor, there is parking that is one nice thing, it is large, teh stains in the guest carpet are just not ok - the manager/ host is who i had the problem with, she said on the phone "am i going to have a problem with you "? i have never been spoken to by anyone like that , so disrespectful and rude- she is so lazy she cannot even bring a key nor greet the guest. Anyhow, i spent a good 2 hours calling VRBO telling them i was checking out- asking Allison for a refund, she said no.. she sent me text and text.. then i have argued for 2 months with my bank to keep my money.. a complete disaster. such a waste of my time and so stressful. I then had to find a quiet , calm as advertised place with hospitality. This is not a managing company - and my time is something i cannot get back

There are three food shopping precincts close by:
Woolworths and Aldi with a chemist, bakery, health food and wholefood store, liquor outlet, service station and post office.
Peaches organic green grocers and IGA supermarket, chemist etc.
Abhi's european bakery and Manna whole foods on South Terrace along with numerous restaurants and cafes for dine in and takeaway coffee and food.

There is a small park right beside the apartment with park benches, shade trees and a large grassed area.

A few things to see and do in Fremantle:
The Roundhouse
The oldest building still standing in Western Australia today is the twelve-sided Roundhouse. The first permanent building to have been built in the Swan River Colony in the late 1830s, this building offers stunning views over Bathers Beach and the Indian Ocean.
Fremantle Prison
Holding a fascinating history built as a high-security prison by convicts, the Fremantle Prison is one of Western Australia’s most significant cultural attractions. Opened to the public in 1992, this building has since offered tours that will take you through the chambers and the history of this icon.
Fremantle Arts Centre
Originally built as a ‘lunatic’ asylum in Western Australia, the Fremantle Arts Centre offers residencies, exhibitions, live music and art courses for locals and tourists.
Cappuccino Strip
Fremantle’s legendary ‘Cappuccino Strip’ offers many outdoor cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy a locally brewed beer or Western Australian wine whilst people-watching.
Fremantle Markets
Dating back to 1897, the Fremantle Markets have always served as a market, originating as a wholesale and produce market until the 1950s.
