LADY DORIS is a modern 5 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests with plenty of room for everyone!

UPSTAIRS:

Modern open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic cooktop. Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining table, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge with large smart TV, no DVD player, 1 x 3 seater lounge and 1 x 2.5 seater lounge, coffee table, sliding door leads out to balcony with outdoor setting and hooded BBQ, sea glimpses.

Main bedroom, fan/light, TV, built in robe, ensuite with dual sink vanity, shower and w/c.

Extra vanity and w/c.

DOWNSTAIRS:

Lounge area with large smart TV, no DVD player, 1 x 3 seater lounger and 2 lounge chairs, coffee table, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

4 bedrooms all with fan/lights, one bedroom with QB has a TV.

Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. Clothesline in rear fully enclosed yard.

Free Wifi

Fish cleaning facility.

Plenty of room for parking and boats.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen with TV, bed 2 - queen with TV, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 4 - queen, bed 5 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top)

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

$235 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$210 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$185 per night

Balcony with a view

A spacious 5x bedroom home with 2x bathrooms, making it the ultimate family getaway. With a short walk to the beach and in a quiet cul-de-sac. Easy process to hire, all facilities were great and check-in/out instructions clearly explained. A wonderful holiday had by all. Thankyou.

Perfect home in a quiet environment

Everything was perfect from check in. There’s a space for everyone. In the living room you can find a folder of instruction and whereabouts which I find very helpful. Theres a huge smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is complete with plates & cutleries, dishwasher with tablets! You just have to bring your own pillow cases, cleaning towels, toilet paper, which if you forgot, there’s a nearby IGA. This place is highly recommended

Dissapointing

Windows were filthy, picked up rug in lounge area and a beach load of sand fell onto the floor. Found a vacuum that hardly worked and tried to sweep up the sand but never got all of it and it just spread right throughout the house and bedsheets over the whole weekend. Had to take our own pillowcases, toilet paper and soap. For the price of the house ,you would have thought at least some of that would be supplied. Long walk to the beach with little kids, not really close to anything.

Terrible

No hot water after 6pm,light very dark,no mattress covers,no pillows case,toilet paper just 1-2 rolls,no towels.When we find something we need,We opened a looked of cupboad easy,like it already unlocked before.We didn’t know everything in Cupboad just for owner.We tried our best to clean the house before we left.We don’t want to make complaint with the house because we think we just stay for short time.We booked for 4 nights but just stay for 2 nights.How come many trouble we receive from cleaners complaining

Weekend getaway

What a wonderful place to stay with a group of teenagers! The house was perfectly set up to accommodate us all with ample space and separate living areas as well as enough bathrooms and toilets. Very welcoming and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Ok but for access to garage as there is a large boat parked there Also 6 people ,,access to a pantry would have been good Found heaps of millipedes mainly down stairs so had to buy spray Fridge door seal may need looking at Windows very marked so we left as arrived

A family holiday

This is a great property for multi-generational family get-together, especially with the bathroom facilities. A couple of suggestions though - the wire bases of the tri-bunk beds are quite squeaky and it would be great to have better block-out blinds over the bedroom windows. Love that there is a Nespresson machine, but we took the traditional pods, not realising it only takes the newer flatter style. Overall, we thought it was a great rental and would certainly stay there again

Three bedrooms/laundry/living and bathroom downstairs, with kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom and ensuite upstairs and extra toilet/vanity too. Balcony with bbq/outdoor table/chairs and distant seaviews make this the perfect place for a holiday stay. Big backyard and plenty of parking at front. Everything we needed for a lovely holiday.
