The perfect place for you to stay while visiting Park City any time of year. Wonderful space for a couple. Has a large communal indoor hot tub, an outdoor seasonal pool and laundry on site. Air Conditioning in bedroom is a big plus in the summer months.
Easy access to rail-trail for hiking and mountain bike trail access, XC skiing, or a leisurely walk to Main Street. Minutes walk to bars & restaurants. On free bus route to PC ski resorts.

Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 8am. Outdoor Pool is open 10am-10pm May - September Indoor Hot tub is open 8am-10pm daily

No pets are allowed at the Carriage House Condo Building or Units, per the HOA. The communal areas have security cameras.

Perfect Cottage in a Great Neighborhood

We had a perfect stay...very cozy, had all the amenities we needed, hostess was very nice and communicated with us perfectly. Definitely will return when plans call for a stay in San Diego.

Great Park City location!

We loved our stay at the Carriage House! We were amazed at all the great food and locations within walking distance. And the condo was wonderful and had everything we needed.

Great place and helpful manager

The place was clean and neat and when we discovered we needed a plunger, which had unexpectedly gone missing, the property manager was quick ro respond and get us one.

Good location, good value

Great king bed but otherwise everything else was pretty small / tight for 2 people. Shared hot tub was quite nice. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. WiFi was fast enough to take video calls for work.

Would love to stay here again

Free city buses and trolleys make travel anywhere in town accessible. Watch out for the evening traffic jam during ski season. There are several eateries within a block or two that are great and not too expensive. We had a great experience

Small, but perfect.

This unit is small - not much larger than a hotel room. But it has everything you need and provides a place to rest and relax after a day on the slopes.

Stayed for a month plus. Well equipped kitchen, lots of storage in this unit. Easy access to rail trail & free bus to Main St. Property manager responsive & helpful. Good spot!

Carriage House Condo

The condo was just as expected. Good for a couple, even though there is a fold out sofa. Small high-top table has only 2 chairs for eating meals. The property manager responded quickly to our requests.

The condo did not feel like it had a professional cleaning service before we arrived. Blankets were just thrown in closet and sheets did not look fresh on the bed. We used the pull out couch and the sheets were just balled up in the chest and had sand in them. The coffee cups were dirty and there was not even a full roll of toilet paper and no extra which I find odd for a VRBO. They wanted me to start dishwasher when I left but no pods were provided. Aside from cleanliness I was not told that construction was going on at the property and it was extremely noisy all day.

I was a little irritated by host's behavior. The emailed and printed instructions in the condo were wrong, saying that there would be a physical parking permit in the condo.Apparently, there were other instructions, down farther in the email, but nowhere in the written instructions in the condi, saying parking was now done with an ap. Apparently, at 10 o'clock at night, with a crying baby, I should have known to ignore the first parking instructions I read, and look for second parking instructions that contradicted them. Silly me. We found out the hard way, and ended up with a 250 parking ticket. The host didn't take any responsibility for the mistake, so I ended up footing the bill. I did spend a fair amount of time on my vacation tracking down an appeals process and getting the ticket reduced, but I thought it was not particularly gracious of the host to not take any responsibility for sending bad instructions. She felt it was completely my fault. As far as I can tell, she is unaware of what the email she sends out actually says, or just doesn't care.

The property was very nice. The night lights were a nice touch. It would have been nice to have a lightweight blanket to use instead of the comforter. It was wonderful to have the air conditioner, but it was noisy.

Wonderful Stay

Had an enjoyable stay at Heather's place in Park City. Located within a 15-minute walk to the Park City Old Town and a host of restaurants (including Alberto's quick serve Mexican restaurant!). The owner is responsive with questions. Great having a full-sized kitchen to cook in. Would recommend for two people. There is a washer and dryer combo on the lobby and 4th levels of the building-not inside apartment ($2.50 for wash/$2.50 for a dry, you can purchase single-use detergent from lobby vending machine for $2). Used free public transport to get around. Very frequent service around the Park City area. Nice having a desk area to work from in the bedroom. Enjoyable stay!

Great location, and manager!

From check in to check out, Heather made the stay very easy. She was very quick to answer any of our questions, or make suggestions for things to do in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook each night. The condo was clean, well stocked--even with extra things like an umbrella for afternoon storms or first aid kit if needed. It is within walking distance of restaurants, a grocery store, and most things in Park City It is close to the bus line for getting around, and also has parking right outside the building. We would stay here again if in Park City.

If you've been to Park City before, then you know this location is fabulous & convenient. Walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in PC. Within minutes' walk of local coffee bars, juice bars, cafes, bike rentals, and more. Right outside is your bus stop for the free bus service to town, PC Mountain resort, Deer Valley, and Canyons. Doesn't get much easier than that! You can also walk the 10 minutes downtown.

Guests have access to the outdoor pool (May-Sep) and the year-round large indoor jacuzzi. There is also a Lobby for your use with a fireplace, sofas, game table, & ski locker. Free parking is available for guests.
