This Braybrook Lodge is a perfect accommodation for really large group travelling to Melbourne. From sporting teams to school groups or friends and family looking for a weekend getaway. This Lodge stretches over three brand new double story units and can sleep up to 29 persons with 8 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets. (Yes you will get three houses for the booking)

The space
The space is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.
We have great cleaning team therefore salinity of all properties has been enhanced through our cleaning routine. We’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Also escaping the coronavirus can be hassle! As we have plenty of toilet paper here!

Braybrook Lodge is conveniently located only 7km from Melbourne CBD. It is fantastic all year round for indoor and outdoor. In winter you can relax and enjoy open fire in your own private courtyard. Free Wi-Fi also available.

It is also fitted with air-conditioning, fully equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ and washing machine.

House rules

Before booking please understand that this property in in a quiet residential zoning.
- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.
