Hard to find a quiet North Ocean City low-rise condo next to the Delaware line. Ocean Place 514 is a two-bedroom two baths condo is located right next to Fenwick Island Delaware and is within walking distance to the Fenwick Island amenities of mini golf, restaurants, Thunder Lagoon waterpark, and takeout food locations. The perfect size for a family up to 6 people. Spectacular views of the ocean and comfortable coastal-style furnishings will give you an ideal vacation spot. Includes WIFI, full kitchen, full-size washer and dryer in your own laundry room, furnished oceanfront balcony, and an outdoor pool.

The view of the beach/ocean was perfect. The sound of the ocean waves was relaxing, especially for sleeping.The location was great. We spend most of our time in the Delaware area because it's quieter and has many very good restaurants and shops.

This is a great location in Ocean City. the unit was clean and easily accessible; convenient to walk for mini-golf, ice cream, and more! The accommodations were comfortable with easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location. “Steps away from the beach”Is an accurate description. Lots of windows and fresh air in the place. Having two bathrooms to go with the two bedrooms and sofa bed was a great feature. Lots of towels and linens were available. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the condo could use a cosmetic facelift, such as newer appliances in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. Other than that, everything was pretty perfect.
