Property was as advertised. No surprises, no problems. All of the online communications and transactions were handled very well. The best aspect of this property is the owner. He directly contacted us just prior to our visit to welcome us and provide us with pertinent info. In addition he gave us his contact info and encouraged us to contact him directly any time if we needed anything, a great landlord.

Perfect fit

Me, my husband, our 3 kids (ages 7-8), and my Father-in-Law stayed for a week and it fit us perfectly! Very clean and convenient. The pool was awesome and they had a lifeguard which was a definite bonus. Love the keypad entry and that the building is secure. A note that there is no oven and the ceiling in the master bath and shower is lower than the rest of the condo. That did not matter to us at all but just an FYI. I would most definitely stay here again!!

The owner is quick to respond and happy to help. The place was well equipped, clean and had an amazing view. I would rent again.

Excellent stay

So first off the owner is awesome!! Called me answered questions great!! The condo was super clean and looked awesome. The shower in the master was so relaxing. Pool was great and property was well Maintained. Brigantine is an awesome area so close to AC and great eats here as well!! The beach is a walk but if you want a pool that’s the sacrifice. We’ve have been here about 7 times and this is the best condo we have ever had with the best owner. If your headed here and want a condo this is the place for you!! I highly recommend the Bakery in town for breakfast items and The lobster for take out at brigantine lobsters awesome stuff.

Great location

We loved this condo. The beach is pretty incredible and the view from the balcony is great. The owner is very nice and communicative. We hope to return next year!

Shore rental condo

Nice place .. comfortable beds Location great .. be aware its a long walk to waters edge ., pool is super ! Balcony did not have furniture.. we were to sit on fold out metal chairs and use a TV fold up table if we wanted to sit out on the balcony. It is a secure building which is a plus! Parking was good .. it’s under cover and a reserved spot and also Guest spots.

Restful Vacation by the Ocean

This 4th floor condo was a lovely, well-equipped place to spend a week at Brigantine Beach. My favorite feature was the balcony, which overlooked lovely reed-filled dunes (that rustled sweetly with the breeze and teemed with the sounds of birds and crickets) and the Atlantic Ocean. It's a moderately long but well-rewarded walk directly from the condo building through the dunes to the shoreline . The beach is wide and clean, and never overly crowded. The pool was well-maintained and a comfortable temperature. The condo had lovely views not only from the balcony but also from the primary bedroom. We appreciated that parking was covered so the car was never hot when we went to use it. The location is excellent for shopping for necessities and accessing restaurants, ice cream, and other places of interest. We highly recommend the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge, about a 20 minute drive away.

Pristine Beach and friendly owner

Joe contacted us the day before to welcome us and give us extra information about the condo. It was exactly as pictured and well supplied. Sitting on the porch to watch the sunrise or walking o the beach was fabulous. We cooked in the kitchen often. Joe contacted us on the day we were leaving to go over checkout. We stayed 9 days and had a rejuvenating week at Brigantine Beach. Joe is an excellent and conscientious host!
