We absolutely loved the location and proximity to the beach, pool and beach bar. So walkable and family friendly with plenty to do. That’s where my positive feelings about this rental end. When we first arrived, the place smelled a little off and musty but we didn’t think too much into it since it was an older unit and looked pretty run down. With the next passing days we all started to feel fatigued, nauseous and run down. We weren't sure the reason until someone suggested it may be mold and we decided to investigate further. Low and behold, the entire condo was covered in mold. Vents, ceilings, closets, etc. It also appeared to be painted over and intentionally covered up by the owners. To say we were appalled and disgusted is an understatement. The property manager was previously very responsive but when I reached out with concern about the mold, I received no response for hours and not until I followed up several times. We asked for our money back for the stay which the owner declined. I found their lack of care to this situation and inability to handle it with the sensitivity it deserved extremely unsettling and unprofessional. I highly recommend anyone avoid this rental until the owner has proven they've gone through a thorough mold removal process not just painted over it or thrown some bleach cleaner on the problem.

over all it was great, easy access to condo from parking lot. loved that it had all the beach gear ready to go. The beach cart made it easy to transport back and forth. they even had ice packs in the freezer to use in the coolers. Shower door in the master bedroom was messed up and wouldn't close all the way, but we just used the other bathroom. Only other thing is, people like to play pickleball really early!

The condo was great for the price! The beds were comfortable, it was very quiet, had everything we needed. We took our own beach chairs, umbrella, etc. and left them in the vehicle. (the storage closet in the condo is jammed, and I didn’t want to navigate that). Plus, the stairs would have been a bit to carry all the kids stuff up everyday. We also had bikes to take to the beach. It’s a short walk but hot and the bikes made it cool and fun. The pool was great, onsite restaurants were really good. The pizza was really good and the shrimp tacos at poolside restaurant were great! We had a great time and the grandkids loved the beach!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the condo. Check in was easy but a second parking pass was an issue. There was apparently a miscommunication. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything was very nice and comfortable. The condo is a little small for 6 people but we were not in it much. We left beach supplies in the vehicle and took our bikes to the beach with the kids everyday. There is a drop off at the pool so we dropped beach stuff off in the mornings. The pool is huge and it was always clean. We loved the ice cream shop and restaurant by the pool. We also loved that there were activities like karaoke at the pool. The place is very family friendly with a fun atmosphere. I would not hesitate to stay there again when visiting Hilton Head.

A great Stay in My Favorite Place to visit

I've never been much of a vacation person, however 3 years ago my wife and friend conspired to bring me down to Hilton Head, to this resort, I have gone out of my way since ad will continue to for as long as I can. THe location of the resort is prime in my eyes, easy to get to everything. We have now stayed in units up by the beach and in the tennis villas both are amazing, I love this unit because is feels the most like a home, it feels comfortable, it's quiet, and I like the floor plan in the tennis villa way better than the beach side condos, wat more natural light, and it's nice having the kitchen right inside the front door. Also with kids it's close to the playground and only a 3 minute walk to the pool, 4-5 to the beach.

Unclean and no air conditioning

When we arrived, the air conditioning was turned off and it was nearly 90 degrees in the middle of summer. The comforter on the bed had a red stain, the mattress cover had pee stains. The toilet was leaking and we had to fix it. The dishwasher had dirty dishes from the previous guest, the dishes in the cabinets were unclean with food crust on it.

Loved Our Stay!

This was our first stay in Hilton Head. The condo was exactly what we needed and had some great cozy touches, lots of extra blankets, everything we needed for a great stay. Check in process was quick and easy. The restaurants on site were awesome and the ability to rent bikes was one our favorite parts outside of the beach! We would love to come back!

Our guest host team member Meghan was GREAT! So helpful and quick responses. Condo was everything we expected, clean and had some extras (tennis equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags etc). Not a far walk to the beach either!

Wonderful short weekend trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort! There are so many things to do within the resort itself, the condo was clean, and Meagan with Evolve was extremely responsive to my many questions! We were even able to check in early and check out late. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Vacation

Quick easy access to the beach and pools. Huge playground the kids loved. Pleasant atmosphere quiet and peaceful balcony. Condo well stocked with all supplies needed. Laundry accessible in fitness center.

There was a few mishaps but property was nice.

My first issue was getting the access code to the property that I received after several attempts of trying to contact the person who gives the code. On the day for me to arrival at the property I finally spoke with the contact person and received the code. Property was okay, it had a lot of stairs this was listed, but the main issues getting locked out of the property when we were on our way to the beach. The contact person didn’t have a key so we had to go through security to be able to enter the property, the issue was with the door of the property the code part work but the bottom knob of the door would lock and this was weather you turn the bottom knob or not. We didn’t turn anything on the knob and still got locked out. But the property was nice. For a short trip okay but I think their needs to be more communication.
