大西洋の高台にある2階建てのコンドミニアム。
ビーチフロントリゾート。
ベッドルーム：クイーンベッド、フルベッド、ツインベッド

CableTV、49台のフラットスクリーンテレビ、無線LAN
24/7のセキュリティを備えたゲート付きリゾート。
2つの屋外プールと屋内プールがあります。
歩道を歩く。
3つのテニスコート。

ビーチには炭火焼きのピクニックエリアがあります。
エレベーターはありません。
最近の砂浜の形成は、リゾートのウォーターフロントをスイミングビーチに変えました。
ビーチのコーミング、ウォーキング、サイクリング、野生生物観察、貝の掘りはリゾート内でできるアクティビティです。

大型HEの洗濯機と乾燥機が2017年1月に設置されました。

A fantastic price to be right on the ocean!! Arnold’s condo was located on the soubd area right in the ocean! Every day, we would walk and find shells.

Fantastic getaway

This location was perfect for us. It was away from the crowded beaches of most Hilton Head resorts. The property manager was fantastic and flexible.

Beautiful view!!!

We loved our stay! The view and location are great. Home was comfortable and clean. Made friends with the local stray kitties. Close to all restaurants and shops. We were lucky to have a quiet stay the majority of the time, but the walls and floors are thin. Be prepared for possible noisy neighbors above. Thankfully we only had them a few days. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

Nice view of the beach. Two bdrm allowed us to invite old friends for a weekend. Super great new appliances. Wish the table wasn't high top as it was hard to use. Nice decor.

Nice

The property is very nice, as described. You can literally see the beach from the property. Less than five minutes away is the coast, and the beach is also very interesting. When high tides come in, the beach reaches the boardwalk, and at low tide, it recedes by almost a mile! The host is very gracious, timely, and courteous. There was no trouble at all. We heard the upstairs neighbors one night, but that’s not the host’s fault and we were able to stream a YouTube brown noise video on the bedroom TV and managed to sleep peacefully. Would recommend this place if you’re traveling to Hilton head!

Highly recommend

Unit was clean and very up to date. Property owner was excellent in communicating check in instructions and quick to respond to any questions we had. A lot of work and detail have gone in to making this unit a relaxing and efficient place to stay. It was a amazing getaway spot. I highly recommend

First Trip To Hilton Head

The proximity to the ocean was great (so were the views from the master bedroom). The unit had more of a cottage feel to it than a condo. You are close to the small airport and can hear planes thru out the day - but we were all over the island so it was not a factor. It was a short drive to some very nice beaches and the golf was amazing. We will be back.

True Paradise

We absolutely loved this place! There were so many crabs on the beach of several species. The beach was always different and there was always something new to see. I will say if you are looking for a beach for swimming, this is not that beach. However it was so much fun and none of us including our two children were ever bored or disappointed. The view from the balcony is wonderful and is just steps from the beach and the smaller outdoor pool. The other pool is just about a 1-2 minute walk. The whole property is beautiful. Walmart and several restaurants are just about a 5 minute drive. The owner was wonderful, he was in communication with us with any updates he made as well as send all the information days before we left so we didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was as listed. I cannot recommend this place enough, we had the most wonderful and relaxing stay!

Clean and nice condo. Good view. The outdoor pool was "closed for the season". That was NOT divulged in the ad. The hot tub (indoor) was out of order the entire time. Sadly, that was 70% of the reason I chose this one. No water upon checking in, Took the contact over 80 minutes to go back to me. If you are expecting ANYTHING as far as food or condiments or coffee to start with, you'll be disappointed. None whatsoever.

Short visit (3 nights - Aug.)

I have never left a review for any of our stays but I felt this location was very deserving of one. I never have super high expectations for any vacation rental but was very pleased with this condo! The condo was clean, it was the perfect size for 4 of us, the beds and furniture was comfortable and the location was GREAT! We were only able to enjoy one full afternoon on the beach because the rest of the days were just simply too hot! This was the first time our kids had been on a "sound" and they enjoyed the calm water. It was basically like swimming in a salt lake. The beach access was really easy to get to and the sand is very different than typical beach sand that is hard to walk through. The only thing to share with incoming guests is that during our stay, the tide was only in for a short amount of time (between lunch and 5ish). We enjoyed the pool/pond view with the different birds, etc. The landscaping was beautiful. We definitely want to come back to this condo!! Thank you, Arnold!!

Quiet and cozy

I’ll say upfront if you want a swimming beach this isn’t for you. It’s a great beach for bird watching and walking. It’s quiet.
