Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful unit right in the heart of Palm Beach on the famous Jefferson Lane. Amazing ocean views and only meters to the beach and all of Palm Beach's awesome cafes, bars and restaurants. Perfect for a romantic or a family getaway. Swim, surf, walks, relax. Or make it your work-from-home office for the week. :) Has it all!

The space
New 8 storey building completed about 3 years ago. Twin entrance from Gold Coast Highway and Jefferson Lane. Elevator to the apartment on the 5th floor with views from the Hinterland around to Surfers Paradise and out across the ocean. Open plan living room with fitted kitchen and stone tops. Bright living & dining room that leads off to small hall into the two bedrooms. Bedroom has plenty of storage and ensuite. A second bathroom serves other bedroom and guests.

Guest access
Entire apartment is available to the guests, along with access to the communal pool, gym and BBQ area. A dedicated secured underground parking bay is available, plus extra visitor parking.

Great walkable location and nice views. Apartment is a good size and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen could be a little better equipped with glasses/ crockery and basics, and the apartment needs some freshening up and maintenance but overall a nice stay!

Mix up with the keys for access but James (and his family!) went above and beyond to sort this, even offering us late check-out and an extra night as compensation. Flat is lovely, great location close to the beach, dog friendly building, excellent coffee and french bakery near the lobby and friendly, welcoming neighbours.

very well presented unit with everything we needed and despite a new building popped up in front, still has excellent views over the ocean.The location is excellent, with everything in walking distance (don't miss the French patisserie down stairs).The owner was very welcoming and responsive.

Great place

Awesome apartment, James was great to deal with. Few hiccups with check-in but James was straight on it and sorted out immediately. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Apartment for Beach Getaway

We booked 1 night to getawaty and stay on the beach in Palm Beach. I had booked the italian resturaant for Dinner. I was impressed that it was right next door to the apartment. The location of this apartment is perfect. Views are beautiful. It is spacious and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy and parking was very convenient. We used the pool, met some local residents. Walked along the beach. Had drinks at the surf club and other restaurants in the area. The best part its pet friendly :) Thanks James, you have an awesome place here!
