Relax at the private walkout bedroom with cosy double size Sofa bed, sofa chair, coffee table, dining table, TV, Fan, Heater, Kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, disposable crockery, non disposable crockery , napkins, coffee maker, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee , coffee whitener, water, fire extinguisher, BBQ, full private bathroom. Free parking on street from March 31st -Nov 1st.
Sleep two people.
No smoking allowed indoor.
No weed, no alcohol allowed indoor/outdoor during stay.
No food allowed on bed, bedsheets, sofa
No food/ liquid allowed to throw in plants, on grass
No food particles allowed to leave on bedsheet

Extra towels are in bathroom cabinet
Extra bedsheets are in bedroom in drawers of kitchen counter
Trash bin is in room by the dining table

Sofa bed was very comfortable. The single room was clean, good size, great temperature, private, snacks and drinks were a nice touch. Very hot and humid outside during my stay, so I really appreciate the extra cold bottled water. Host was polite and friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. Great neighbourhood, felt very safe. I would definitely stay again.

Not a good long term option

A glaring omission in the listing is the fact that there is no sink in the unit. There is a sink in the laundry room, which is a few feet away through a 2nd door. Same for bathroom. The listing says laundry included, but Host later said it was a 'typo' and rescinded, and then later again offered its use. Internet was offline 3 times at different times of day - Host seems to not understand how a saved network works and accept accountability. There is constant surveillance from cameras in unknown locations - and no notice advising residents. Constant admonishments from Host: leaving lights on can cause fire, leaving vegetables and water out for the adorable bunny visitors (only highlight!) will 'burn the flowers'. In addition, Host can use a lesson on civility and professionalism. The name-calling and tantrums were frequent. Quiet neighbourhood with a bus stop a few minutes away. Walking distance to a Sobeye's supermarket and a few restaurants. There's a decent trail nearby for jogging.

Don't host Ali Lawrence ever. This guest will ruin your lawn by throwing the left over food in your blooming flowers and plants. She has been leaving the guest place with invitation to intruders by leaving big windows opened. She left place dirty and filthy, can't imagine. She was very insulting and forced to break the rules by asking laundry which is allowed to long term guests only, while she was only for 3 weeks. Even her request of doing laundry was approved but she was very ungrateful. She blasted too many text every 10 min caused breach in peace and also she caused noise disturbed the other guests. The listing clearly informs all to have a security camera outside in lawn. She was seen abusing lawn and took off the ease of enjoyment from other guests. She does not fit in renting a guest place in a residential dwelling at all.
