Brand New Modern Suite - Minutes away from Downtown Vancouver

Brand new , approx 980 sft, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement suite has everything to offer. Close to downtown and all the local mountains this location has everything to offer any type of visitor. Our Basement suite comes with a fully stocked kitchen with a full sized stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. There is a smart tv in the living room and master bedroom that has access to Netflix, Prime video, Disney or any other app as well as a local tv cable package.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (double
bed on the bottom and single bed on the top) as well as a pull out couch (double) in the living room.

There is lots of storage for bags and clothes in both the bedrooms.
Private entrance on one side of the house and a smart lock that will have an access code that will be activated for the duration of your stay.

***Parking *** available in front of the house. Street Parking. Safe family neighborhood, close to bus station and really well located a few minutes from downtown Vancouver. Exterior monitored property with security system connection for peace of mind to our guests and our family.

One of the best kept secrets of the North Shore, nestled between Marine Drive and Highway 1 in the Lower Capilano area of North Vancouver. Centrally located and yet quiet and tucked away from traffic and congestion, this area is a prime example of the pleasures of North Shore living.

Close to shops, hiking trails such as Bowser Trail and MacKay Creek Greenbelt, with easy access to Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and some of the North Shore's best family activities, this community is definitely a fantastic neighborhood.

Fabulous basement apartment

Loved our stay! It was the perfect little spot for us to stay for a few days! It was clean and new. Lovely neighborhood transit is close by but be aware there is a large number of stairs if you do take transit from the city centre area. They have e-bikes to rent close by and lots to see and do.

Great apartment in quiet location

We had an enjoyable stay here, the apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and with parking right outside. It was very easy to get into the city centre, with a bus stop five minutes walk away that takes you directly to the Seabus Terminal. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Easy access to pretty much everything around. Place was incredibly well stocked and worked well for my family of 4. Had a basket of brochures that kids were able to look at and help pick some of our outings and arriving to a couple cold drinks in the fridge was icing on the cake. Would recommend this place and would stay here again!!

Great place, great location!

Check in was easy, communication was great. The apartment/basement is attached to the main property with its own entrance. We loved having a kitchen, washing machine, etc for our family’s stay. The location was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, and parking was easy with our rental car. We explored all of downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, and all the way up to Whistler, and the location was perfect and central to move around. Hosts were quick to reply and gave us everything we needed for our stay, coming from out of the country. Kids loved the park/playground down the street as well. Overall, our family of 5 had an amazing vacation, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay with their family.

Updated beautiful, cozy modern basement apartment in North Vancouver

Everything was as advertised, excellent location, quiet neighborhood, modern furnishings, comfortable, master bed, good size bunkbed in the second bedroom, very clean, convenient to running trail/ park. Very wonderful hosts, very easy to communicate, very responsive, great communication, would definitely stay a second time. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful property

Unit is exactly as pictured. Wonderful location. Hiking paths are with in a short walk. Loved the Corner Stone bistro 2 blocks away for coffee and muffins. Our one small issue was handled thoughtfully by our host. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful new space

This is a beautiful downstairs apartment. great space for our family of 5. New furnishings, spotlessly clean. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. We loved the family neighborhood and the short (but steep) to the restaurant area. Great location for exploring all of Vancouver!

Wonderful, clean & complete.

The only thing better than a responsive host is to have things run so well that you don’t need to call the host. We spent a week, enjoyed everything about this location and never needed the host once. Thank You ! We will return !

Clean, surpassed our expectations!

Clean home, nicely furnished. Had lots of stuff in kiddies room that makes them very happy and comfortable. Home owner was super friendly when we needed help. After our stay, she was readily available to assist us send an item we left behind. It’s a definite come back for us whenever we visit!

This unit is true to all its photos! It was exceptional in its cleanliness and its amenities. Especially the kitchen, well stocked! Perfect for us and best of all, the bed was very comfortable. The property is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. Everything one needs or wants to see in the Vancouver area is a short ride away! We hope to be back soon!

Bright & Beautiful Suite in a Quiet Neighborhood

The suite was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was beautiful, bright and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything I needed and more. We were very comfortable during our stay and the neighborhood was very quiet. The communication with the owners was excellent. We felt right at home. I definitely recommend this rental.
