Serendib By St Peters Bay.... ( Three Bedroom Rustic Cottage)

A place where you meet country and comfort!
Located on a quiet country road, surrounded by farmers’ fields, prepare to leave the real world behind you. But don’t worry! You’re less than five minutes from lots of amenities, including a general store, great restaurants, seasonal shops, kayaking, cycling rentals, and seasonal shops.

The cottage has everything you’ll need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen has been fully-equipped by a Red Seal chef and his wife who loves to shop! You’ll have everything you need to create your own culinary masterpiece—pots, pans, utensils, and even a blender for morning smoothies! There’s even a slow cooker for your use, so you can start dinner in the morning and it will be waiting for you when you return from a day of adventuring around the Island.
Eat your meal casually at the bar, take it to the screened in porch, or dine alfresco on the balcony! If you’d rather grill for dinner, the cottage has everything you need to prepare your meal outside. Nobody wants to spend their vacation doing dishes, so just toss them in the dishwasher!
Serendib has been lovingly remodeled by a couple who relocated to PEI from a different island—Sri Lanka! Having enjoyed such wonderful hospitality since settling here in 2008, it only feels natural for the Induruwa couple to host others who find themselves in this beautiful province

As the evening winds down, relax by the outdoor fire, or lounge on the deck for stargazing. Without any light pollution, you’ll have stunning views of the Milky Way. How many constellations can you find?!

Everyone will be tired from a day at the beach (Serendib is a short drive to several beautiful beaches, including Greenwich and Lakeside), playing golf (there are many world class courses nearby) or exploring. After a soak in the tub, the kids will love climbing the ladder stairs to the loft-style bedroom (there’s a bedroom on the main floor for the mobility-challenged).

Two screen doors in the loft provide a beautiful cross breeze so everyone gets a good night sleep to rest up for another day of adventuring in Prince Edward Island.

Delightful spot

We enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely quant cottage with everything we could need. A short drive to St Peter’s Bay and not far from Montague for anything we may have forgotten. Greenwich and Basin Head Beaches we’re both fantastic and very close.

This is an idyllic cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. It was clean and cozy. It is very near Cardigan Rd and the cars driving by are loud but that didn’t bother us. There are lovely touches such as cream, sugar, and coffee for the guests. There are plenty of bugs outside but that’s just PEI. It’s conveniently located near wonderful beaches and the Confederation trail. It slept 4 of us very comfortably. For the sake of the hot water heater, take quick showers! Hope to return to this charming spot.

Loved PEI

This was a great space for us for a 5 day trip to PEI. Especially appreciated the kitchen and laundry option. I do wish it came with (or we'd brought) beach towels.

Southampton Cottage

2 boys aged 8 and 10 loved the loft and decks and the surroundings. Adults loved the decor and kitchen. A fun, quirky well appointed cottage. Wish the weather had cooperated. Would definitely come back.

Very nice cottage, but a few small limitations

This is a true cottage experience, many amenities (eg, dishwasher, firepit, bbq with extra tank of propane, big screened in porch) but a few limitations (floor bugs in the porch area owing to being next to farmers’s fields, hangers on wall but no closet space, no instructions on what to do with garbage and recycle). Beautiful sunsets and the flies were not bad allowing us to enjoy the firepit. Overall Kamal was very responsive and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Beau petit chalet. Bien situé prêt de Greenwich/ Souris. Bien entretenu avec tout d’inclus. Belle petite véranda avec moustiquaire nous permettant d’admirer le coucher de soleil au loin. Bel endroit à découvrir :)

Property was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice country feel, only negative was the amount of small critters (bugs) inside the cabin.
