The space is approximately 1800 square feet with a luxury, yet relaxed aesthetics. Boasting 3 generous sized rooms it sleeps 6 comfortably—the master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, an exquisite ensuite with walk-in glass shower and his-and-hers sinks. Rooms 2 and 3 are spacious featuring Queen sized beds, 55” TVs, cell phone charge ports and generous closet space.

The main floor features floor-to-ceiling windows, an artic white gallery styled kitchen with luxury appliances; quartz counter top with an elegant dining space leading to a pergola deck for those summer BBQ’s or drinks under the Niagara sky. With hardwood floors, pot lights throughout, a mini-bar, 65" TV with surround sound, this intimate and elegant space is the perfect getaway.

Great family spot

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! The house was immaculate, the instructions were easy to follow and the host has thought of everything! We had a great BBQ and everything we needed in the kitchen was already there. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay in niagara

We stayed at Dwight’s property for 3 days, the place is stunning with everything that you need. The boys really enjoyed the tvs in every Room. The Proprety is Close to the falls and any retailers you might need. Dwight was amazing and quick on answering any questions we had and eager to help with any issues we had. We will definitely stay at this brand new Proprety when we come back to Niagara! .

Family vacation to Niagara Falls

This house was a perfect place to stay with our adult children and their significant others. We all had our own rooms & the space was perfect. It is very convienient to the Grocery, Cliftonhill, Niagara Falls Park, and many other things. We loved that we were close to things, but also away from the crazy traffic. We used the WeGo bus for everything and it was very convenient. We parked at the FreshCo/Starbucks on Kalar and would get on the bus there each day to go do the adventures.There may be a closer stop, but this worked great for all of us. Dwight was great with communication and we greatly appreciate his kindness. Thank you for everything!

Great property

Good experiencia!! Things i would improve. Consider having blackout curtains. Rooms are too bright for restful sleeping. Information on how to work heat/cool need to be provide. I was unable work it, so the home was a littler hot at nights. Everything else great for this beautiful home.

Luxurious house in a new development area

When we arrived at the house, we were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the house. Everything is very modern and you have a lot of space. If the basement is still being expanded, 8 to 10 people can stay there. Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill are only a 10-minute drive away and within an even shorter distance you will find various shops and restaurants. The residential area is very quiet, although construction is underway in the neighborhood. We haven't heard anything about it. Communication with the landlord worked very well.

Worst Trip EVER!!!

I booked my place back in August only to find out that the listing wasn't even supposed to be on the site! Tried taking my family to Canada only to find an entire family living at the place I rented! On top of that, Vrbo wasn't able to book me another location, causing me to have to spend even more money for a place to stay! I kept being told about a potential refund, which did me no good in the actual moments my family and I had no place to stay for our Christmas vacation!!!

Total mess

I made the reservation and then somewhere between verbo and the property owner. There was horrible communication when I got to Canada. The property had already been rented because I was told that I had canceled my reservations by the property owner so he booked it out to someone else. Verbal had me on the phone for 2 hours with no resolution. I am still waiting on a call from escalation. The only thing that I got out of it was 2 hotel rooms for one night but they did give my money back. The agent that I dealt with was rude and not helpful at all. We asked to speak to someone above him. He told us that he was that person but yet he would not do anything extra for us. We had to make sure we had our own accommodations for the 2nd night with no guarantees that we would get them. So next time we will take care of our own reservations
