Very poor communication with host/owner/management company. Started with a quick question about the type of coffee maker. It took 4 requests via the VRBO app and email and 3 days to get a response. Similarly the request for early access took too long . There was NEVER an answer through thee app. Upon check in the code /process didn’t work and I tried calling our host three times and she never answered. Finally got through to someone (in Egypt!) who helped work through the issue … which was they never changed the door code from the previous guest. Once in the house it had ants in the kitchen and didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We followed the instructions for the hot tub but the chemical they wanted to add was empty. I would avoid using any property that has Evolve as the owner. And Rachelle , the hostess, did message me Atwo days after our check in to see how things were going!!! Really

AV FAMILY VACATION 2025

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our trip comfortable and convenient. The decor, especially the wall hangings, followed a thoughtful theme that added a nice touch. After long days of trekking, relaxing in the hot tub was a real treat. Amazing stay

The house was perfect for our stay of 4 people and I will try to stay every time we visit our daughter in Bozeman. The Temper Pedic mattresses were the best I have ever slept on and worth the stay! Sadly I now have to drop 4 grand on my own!

Peaceful and comfortable

I needed a peaceful weekend retreat between two different Montana work engagements and found it here. Everything I needed was easily found. I enjoyed the super soft bedding, the comfy bed, the hot tub, and the abundance of natural light. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything I needed. Would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice and quiet location. We were in town for a baseball tournament and felt like this location was close enough to drive to the fields, downtown and the university. Definitely would stay again.

Girls weekend

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Nice walking paths. Great central location for our day trips to big sky and bridger bowl. Very comfy beds and nice extra amenities.

Everything was great!

This is a lovely townhome and made a perfect place to stay for our family of four. There is plenty of space and everything you need. We loved the fireplace and hot tub after a day of skiing. Beds were very comfortable. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property

The property was very nice. The listing says you can park in the garage. We were not able to get the overhead doors open. Our third night the hot tub temperature had fallen to 83 degrees so we were unable to use it after that. We were generally happy with the stay.

Fantastic

This place was fantastic. Super spacious and family friendly. They even had a few amenities for our friend’s baby which was a great touch. We easily fit the five of us at the house and it was very comfortable and inviting. It has great proximity to downtown Bozeman while not having to hassle with any parking, in fact our vehicles were in the garage the entire time. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was bubbly and it was easy to get over to the Gallatin to fish along with Big Sky.

Wonderful Home!

Spacious, well appointed, everything we needed as a family with a 1 year old and 3 year old. My wife particularly loved the tasteful décor, and I I found the beds particularly nice. The location is also excellent for access to everything we needed in and around Bozeman. Overall I don't have a bad thing to say, and I expect we will be looking to book again next time we are visiting.
