Many adventures and great dining experiences in the area: Hunstville and Arrowhead Provincial Park? 15 minutes; Hidden Valley Ski Hill? 8 minutes; Algonquin Provincial Park? 25 minutes. Or simply relax and swim, go for a paddle on Harp or sit around the fire pit.

Very enjoyable and hygge stay

Nice cozy and spacious cottage, decorated with care.Had a great time at the lake by the house, with a canoe and SUP that was kindly provided by the host.Short driving distance to Algonquin NP.The host was very responsive and friendly and helped us with our questions.

Fantastic!

Such an amazing spot. Extremely clean, great location, really helpful instructions. Beds were really comfy. Having a spot like this made our vacation. Owners were super responsive to any questions. We just needed to get away and get some peace and quiet and this place delivered!

The property was as described, clean, well appointed and lots of games and books to rest and relax. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and cutlery. To note, this is a eco-friendly property - no paper towels and really nice soap!! There is a spiral staircase to the basement that needs caution when going up and down. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Gorgeous spot

Had a really beautiful time here. The house was comfy, the water was amazing, lots of different flotation and paddling options, and a well stocked kitchen, lots of good books and games for rainy days. Even though we had some weather-related issues, Maurey was very responsive and extremely kind and helpful. Will absolutely come back here again.

Amazing view

Cottage came with many amenities. Views of Harp Lake provided a nice relaxing back ground. There was a good selection of water crafts and comfortable spots to relax. Navigating the hilly and winding roads added to the experience. Maurey was responsive and helped to provide a welcoming experience.

Quiet and relaxing place in nature

Beautiful place. Nice amenities - the shower is amazing and shampoo/conditioner is top quality. Lots of wood available for fires - would have liked a small hatchet but there are plenty of twigs/sticks that worked fine. The lake is gorgeous - quiet, always seems calm - perfect for the paddle board! The windows and sliding door should be cleaned - forgot to mention that to owner - but it didn’t impact our stay. It would be nice if there was a bit more sunshine allowed through (cut some trees/branches? 😬) or if the dock was extended to get more sunshine. We found it was early afternoon before the sun was on the dock - barely any up by the cottage which kept it cool so … nice for us but also the mosquitos!! Maurey had lots of tips for us about the area too! We had a great stay. Thank you!
