Spectacular modern, luxury four bedroom/2.5 bath waterfront pool home. This home was custom-built in 2015 with an open floor plan. As soon as you step in, you will be greeted with a view of the open pool and canal. Polished concrete floors captivate you as you enter and walk through. Cook your meals in the beautiful, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, high-end custom appliances, and quartz countertops, and eat indoors at the large dining room table or enjoy a fresh catch on the grill and dine al fresco. The main bedroom features a king bed, a large en suite main bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second guest bedroom features queen-sized bunk beds with a jack-and-jill bathroom leading into the 3rd guest bedroom with a queen bed.
The boat lift is not available for use. Prior authorization is required to tie up to the dock.

Beautiful and perfect

The home is just beautiful. We had everything we needed. Location and sun exposure is perfect. When it’s a little cool outside the location keeps the pool area warm and protected. Loved this home so much we booked for next year too

Overall a GREAT experience!

This property was everything we had hoped it to be! Amazing architecture and modern amenities were exciting. Plenty of space for our family. The pool, bicycles and beach equipment allowed for much fun and enjoyment! Will definitely look to stay at this property when we return to Marco Island!

Beautiful Home with Great Layout & Location

We booked this home for a spring getaway with our kids and we had the best time. The house layout really worked for us, with two separate wings of the house where our children could have their own rooms and shared bathroom, and we could have our own space as well. Kitchen and common areas were central and spacious. There were options to eat inside, outside, etc. The house definitely has a more modern feel to it, and the outdoor area is perfect for a relaxing day in and around the pool. Our young boys really enjoyed the canal view, and we took advantage of it the fullest, spending time fishing and kayaking around the area (rented a kayak from a local spot). Proximity to the South Beach access was very close, which made trips to the beach super easy. Would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect for 2 families!

We loved the way the house was separated into 2 wings. Perfect for our two families to each have their own space with plenty of space to hang out in the main living area. The pool was great! Loved that we could see the kids while prepping food! We spotted dolphins in the canal. The house was well equipped with towels and stuff to get to the beach. Great stay!

Sons college spring break

Loved the house, this was the second time we rented this home, and love everything about it! Only drawback is some of their appliances are tricky to use and the cable system that is offered is not user-friendly. But the location and layout of the home are wonderful!

Great Stay

Overall, this was a great stay. House was very family friendly and the location was great. It would have been awesome if the pontoon lift would have been available to use and if the dishwasher would have worked.

Great property - amazing outdoor space

The property was beautiful and in good condition. Well maintained, amazing kitchen, fantastic patio/lanai outdoor with pool and dock. Cooked on grill most nights and enjoyed the gas fire pit tables. Great location - easy walk to Winterberry Beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house on Marco!

We loved every aspect of this house! The location was good, and the sun exposure on the pool was almost all day, which was great for us! We rented a golf cart for the week and never had to use another vehicle. We wish we were able to use the boat lift, the tide changes so much, and we would have to leave our boat in salt water for a week made it so we didn't bring our boat. :( Overall great experience, no issues with the house! Thank you for the great memories!
