Positioned within just a few minutes' walk to Cooee Bay beach, 'Sunset Beach House' is your gateway coastal home to everything the Capricorn Coast has to offer.
The space:
The relaxed, inviting space is an eclectic blend of old school beach get-away meets chíc, modern functionality; comprising a welcoming entrance foyer, extended family dining, spacious lounge, well-appointed contemporary kitchen including full sized fridge & dishwasher, second dining area, bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate loo and laundry/utility space complete with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Year-round comfort is taken care of with the home being fully air conditioned.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and air conditioning.
Fibre to the node NBN combined with Chromecast facilitates access to all your favourite entertainment apps. such as Netflix, Disney+ and more.
Outdoors offers a good level of undercover al fresco living, with plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach with a beer or glass of bubbles whilst cooking a barbecue. The grassed area is perfect for children to likewise wind down from their big adventures.
An easy couple of minutes' stroll towards the beach takes you past the bustling cafe; ‘Two Sisters Coffee Bar’ and ‘The Villa on the Beach’, one of the Capricorn Coast's most popular wedding venues making the location super convenient for guest attendees.
Across the main road you will find 'Cedar Park shopping centre', home to an array of shops and services including pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, butchers, takeaways and more.
Yeppoon is just a few minutes' drive to your North, whilst Rosslyn is five minutes' drive South to your Ferry port that takes you to Great Keppel Island.
An excellent bus service [route 20] travels from Emu Park, Yeppoon, up to Rockhampton airport and back. An airport run costs around $6.
The position and proximity to a plethora of beaches, the Yeppoon lagoon (free public swimming facility) and set in a dreamy coastal locale makes this beach house accommodation super popular year round.
