About this space
The perfect location for your Noosa Beach Holiday. Walk 550m through the stunning Rainforest via the path at the end of the cul-de-sac. The path will take you directly to World Class Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach in less than 10 min.
Set high on Noosa Hill, this house offers an oversized balcony with views of the Noosa river system and the Noosa North Shore. A perfect place to start and end the day.
Hit the beach, dine or shop on Hastings, relax poolside and enjoy incredible sunsets.
The space
This amazing house is situated over two floors.
The home is large and very spacious with 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has an oversized en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, free standing bath and separate toilet. There is a huge walk-in wardrobe with ample storage. A further two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The expansive open-plan living area and kitchen lead to the large balcony with an ever-changing vista of the Noosa river system in the distance. Observe boats cruising along the river and enjoy the interchange of the sand bar between high and low tide.
Downstairs - a further bedroom with bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A media room with a 65 inch Samsung Frame TV and Sonos sound bar.
The pool area is the perfect spot to bask in the Noosa sunshine capturing all day sun with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. An ideal North facing aspect and solar heating ensures you make the most of the subtropical climate.
The elevation of the property captures cooling coastal breezes, however, the property also has the added comfort of air conditioning in all bedrooms, with ceiling fans in the living areas.

Noosa Junction is a short 450m walk away. The Junction has restaurants with cuisines from all over the world, cafes, sophisticated cocktail bars, intimate wine bars and gin bars. The vibe and energy of Noosa Junction is worth exploring.
Noosa Junction has a fabulous IGA, a large Coles and several premium butcher shops providing exceptional quality produce.
The Noosa Farmers Market (Sundays) is a short drive away and offers plenty of fresh local produce and food stalls.
The property is surrounded by multiple access points to the impressive Noosa National Park.
A car is optional in this prime location.
