In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This four-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental home, located in Vanderhorst Plantation's Ocean Green community, overlooks the 13th hole of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Turtle Point Golf Course and its sparkling lagoon. The home offers a wonderful beach house setting, steps from the Ocean Green seasonal neighborhood pool, and a 5-minute walk to the beach.

When you enter the home, you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light and a spacious open floor plan. The living room hosts a flat-screen TV, sofa, chairs, and unparalleled views of the lagoon. Open from the living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, beautiful countertops, and bar stool seating. The kitchen also has a wine bar with a wine refrigerator and ice maker.

Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a full-over-queen bunk bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located a few steps down the hall.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor. Here, you will find the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first upstairs bedroom is a large primary suite with a king-sized bed, a TV, and a private balcony facing the lagoon. The en suite bathroom has two sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a tub. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, a private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity.

Enjoy serene views of the lagoon and golf course from the generous screened porch. This relaxing space is the perfect place to watch wildlife or curl up with a book.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Main living room TV has traditional cable, the other's in the home have Roku/streaming.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guests have access to the Ocean Green community pool. This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids' camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
