This is such a great house for a big family! The location is awesome and there is plenty of room. It’s definitely got some wear and tear but is comfortable and the location makes up for it. Overall I would highly recommend!

We love Kiawah Island and are very familiar with the resort, but it was the first time staying at this particular home. The walk to the beach was very easy down a paved path that is shaded with trees! The home was comfortable and well appointed. The upstairs has two bedrooms and one bath. The bath is through the bedroom with the bunks. The host was super friendly and helpful and we would love to stay again!

Tom, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled the kitchen had everything you needed — we put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel right at home when cooking. With the enhancements to Night Heron Park facility is one of our favorite perks of the property — so glad the kids had a blast! Kiawah is a special place and we love sharing it. We never were able to use the oven and had to light the stove with a lighter, due to a breaker needing to be replaced. The barbecue was not useable, due to being rusty and the elements broken. The showers drained poorly and the shower faucet was difficult to turn off. Dirty, sandy floors, even under furniture and on top of bedspreads.

Sergio, Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear your stay wasn't perfect, and we take comments like this seriously since we want every guest to have a great experience. We want to note that we were personally at the property the week prior to your stay, and the oven, stove, and grill were all in working order — we cooked multiple meals using both. We're looking into what may have changed in the days between our visit and your check-in, including the breaker, and will have our property team inspect and address it immediately. We'll also have the shower faucet serviced right away, and we've addressed the cleaning concerns directly with our housekeeping team to make sure floors and linens are thoroughly checked before every check-in. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry it impacted your stay. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. Greg & Patty

Our family - klds and grandkids - shared the Christmas holiday on Kiawah Island. Good Value and Location

Overall, our stay was good. Good location and great value for Kiawah Island house. Property owner, maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive to any of our issues. Property showing some age but still great value for size of house and people it can accommodate. Most issues reported were fixed quickly with exception of clothes washer. All in all, me and my family enjoyed our week on Kiawah, as always.
