The house was very well furnished. It was roomy and very comfortable. The weather finally cooperated before we left that we could enjoy breakfast outside in the lanai. The hostess's watercolor paintings were a very attractive personal touch. Would welcome the opportunity to stay again at the Satellite Beach Home

Great location, just five minutes to a great beach. House was nicely renovated and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. I would definitely go again.

Great floorplan

Great location and floor plan for an out-of-town family. The house is clean, and the host is attentive. The floors in the living areas need some TLC, and I had to bring over pillows for my guests. My grandkids loved playing out in the fenced yard, and the porch was a nice area for parents and friends to hang out.

Lots of space!

This property works great for 4 women without feeling crowded. Screened in porch very nice as well as all the beach supplies in garage!

Great house. Needs a new air conditioning unit!

House is super cute. Great space and location to beach. The air is an issue. We had the same exact problem as the review from September 2023. Read that review and it is almost identical to our story. When we arrived it was 90 degrees in the house. A breaker had blown so we were able to kick it back in but the house never went below 74 degrees. And they had it set up where you couldn’t put it below 70. They said we moved the couch over the return. We never moved a piece of furniture. They were quick to respond but telling us it takes time to cool down and that we don’t need to move the couch. Which we didn’t. Overall cute house. Clean and decorated well.

Relaxing stay

The home meet our needs in every way. We really liked the fact that it provided everything for the beach for adults and kids. And loved that it had several places to relax and get privacy from the rest of the group. The kids loved eating on the outside area. And every thing was clean which was very nice

Room to Spread out

This spacious beach area home has plenty of room for your group. Between the 2 TV rooms and Lanai, we had more than enough space for our 7 people, with spaces that were never used! It's well-equipped for cooking at home and with comfortable chairs and couches in every area. Located in a quite neighborhood, its convenient to beaches but close enough to hot spots like Cocoa Beach for a a short drive. Plenty of beach chairs to use in the garage. WE had an enjoyable week here with kids and grandkids.

Cozy and comfortable

The house met all of our expectations. The outdoor space provided a nice place for family meals.The grill needed more working burners.In all, our stay was great.

We loved the house

We are a family group of 6 and we lived the house. It was so comfortable and spacious. Very welcoming.We walked to the beach each day with the wagon holding out picnic.The large screen room was great to hang out in.

Beautiful Home

Lovely furnishings, plenty of room, comfortable beds! A good stay. Only complaint is a slippery tub and we experienced low water pressure in bathrooms, a slow draining sink, and TV controllers that were not user friendly, maybe needed new batteries. We would recommend including instructions for the remotes, etc. The house was very clean and conveniently located for our stay. Thanks

Don't recommend it for such a high price.

We couldn't stay here for more than 24 hours due to their broken AC system, and incapability of providing a solution. Clearly, I'm extremely disappointed with my stay here, but more on the owners' part because I extended our stay based on the beautiful photos. I had a feeling something might go wrong, and I almost canceled the reservation because of this but didn't. The warning sign on the smart AC device indicated that it had been malfunctioning for several hours. The owners blamed the heat on their sectional sofa, which they claimed was blocking the air unit, so they said that we needed to move the sofa 12 inches away from the wall, which was very odd! Eventually, their AC technician couldn't fix the issue as the coil needed to be replaced, in which the owners offered a SINGLE portable AC unit for the entire house. We spent almost a grand on this rental, and we didn’t even stay for a full day out of the 4 days. On top of the broken AC, we were expected to deal with the weak water pressure, which the owners blamed on the age of the house. I just stayed at a 60-year-old rental and the plumbing and AC were updated. To date, I have still not received the refund that the owners offered on text, even though I have been waiting for over a month. For such a high price, the owners should have provided quality service and invested in this rental. They should remove their listing if they can't afford to provide quality service and refund my money.

Great location, very comfortable for our family of 6💕

This property was a pit stop on our way down to Marco Island. Our family of 6 cooked all our meals, and we're able to spread out and be comfortable 💕. We took a drive to the National Seashore and Port Canaveral. Was a short drive to Cocoa Beach, and there is a local b sch we walked to. We had a great time and would definitely stop here again if we were traveling in the area 😁

Regatta weekend

The house and location worked well for regatta visit. The house is well kept, clean, and stocked. We had some needs and the host was very quick to accommodate. I would stay here again and with this host again.

Great stay

Home beautifully furnished. Close to beach. Great for families. Water pressure low when both showers are being used. I would organize the garage space better so a vehicle could fit easily especially when the weather gets hot. Other than that, great place.

Great location

Stayed for an event at Eau Gallie yacht club. The house worked great. Sailors were close to the club and partners were close to the beach. Everyone is happy.

Everything you need

As a VRBO owner I was very pleased with these accommodations, every needed item was supplied from beach chairs to pizza cutter. This property is 5 minutes from everything, shopping, beaches, Walmart, bars, car wash and more. I especially apricated the separate office-bonus room where I could get away and do some office work. Would return for sure.
