Located in Traverse City on Long Lake, Cozy Cottage has all the makings of a dream family vacation. This cottage has private lake frontage on Long Lake with a sandy lake bottom and clear water making it the perfect place to spend a hot summer day. The large private yard is a great place for family to spread out and enjoy the beauty and peace of Northern Michigan. Located a brief drive to downtown Traverse City, the location of this home has guests in the heart of it all.

The home accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and is located on the main floor. Upstairs there are two additional guest rooms - one with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full sized bed perfect sleeping space for siblings. There is ample closet space in all bedrooms. All mattresses and linens are new.

The main living level has a full sized recently renovated bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen has brand new appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the utensils, pots/ pans, mixing bowls that a guest would need to prepare a meal. Just outside the main entry, guests who choose to have access to a gas grill to prepare a home cooked meal.

The living room has ample seating for guests with a Smart TV. The home has reliable wifi service for those guests who are wanting to stay connected or are looking for a working vacation. The dining room has plenty of seating and offers a great view of the water.

Cozy cottage has a perfect location with all the comforts of home - it is a place to make long lasting memories of your family vacation.

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

Dock is not available for guest use. Guests are not allowed to bring a boat.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
