Summary:
The Sugar Cane Mews is the most recent development of houses within the beautiful Royal Westmoreland Estate. It allows you easy access to the clubhouse and is next to the first tee and short game practice area. The Sanctuary pool and gym, tennis court and Rum Shak bar are also just a short stroll away.

The Space:
This location has unobstructed sea views with a desirable south-facing aspect. It also has views over the championship golf course really making this the location to be in. Sugar Cane Mews 1 is in the ideal spot!

On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a luxury en-suite bathroom. There is also a large sitting area which opens up to the garden. Here you will find the pool and terrace area. These are accessed via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

Two additional guest rooms each with their own en-suite bathroom are also on this level. A fourth en-suite master guest bedroom of equally generous proportions is provided on the mezzanine floor.

On the first floor, large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opens up the elegantly modern living and dining areas. These lead to a covered, south-facing terrace overlooking the private pool. From here the unrivaled fairway and sea views can be enjoyed to their fullest.

The Neighborhood:
This accommodation is located in the neighborhood of Saint James, the platinum coast. St. James is located on the western side of the island and boasts world-renowned hotels, five-star restaurants, private villas and beachside mansions. It is safe to go out at night, safe to use the buses and taxi's and safe to walk around.

Getting Around:
Car rentals are quite popular and are great for those who'd like to adventure the island! However, taxis are also available and can certainly be arranged throughout your stay. Also airport transportation can be arrange from and to the airport at an additional cost.
