Poor management

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed in the management. This is third time I am responded to your inquiring. I called on knday to report 2 issues and rd back from anyone after she said she would look into it. Think that is unacceptable. Also feel that with smart TVs being so inexpensive these days that it is unacceptable for a condo not to have one.

Great location and golf cart!

Beautiful view of the lake behind the property, easy access to pools and amenities within Sandestin by golf cart provided. House is nicely decorated, clean, convenient and quiet. Beds are very comfortable! Really enjoyed our stay

High school graduation celebration

We enjoyed our week at Sandestin! My daughter, three friends and another mom traveled with me on this trip. We’ve been coming to Sandestin for 20 years and have stayed in many properties. We always enjoy being lake front at Beachwalk. This unit has a beautiful view of the lake! It is also very clean, which I appreciated! We were very comfortable and enjoyed having use of the golf cart and beach chairs. Plenty of towels and blankets were provided, also. Thank you for sharing your beach home! We had a great stay!

The view from our condo was lovely and we enjoyed the location of the condo in proximity to the beach and community pool. We had an issue with an amenity that came with our condo. We appreciated the response of the My Vacation Haven team most especially Regent who took action and responded quicky with an appreciated resolution.

Fun in the Sun

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. It was close to the beach as well. The only negative was the parking. The unit does not have designated parking spaces for the unit. People from other units can park in front of the condo. It is a problem when you can’t park the golf cart in front of the unit since it needed to be plugged in for charging.

Good Times

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful and clean. We did not have any issue with the unit during our stay and were able to enjoy the space as our little home away from home. The golf cart was a different story. On our first day, we took the golf cart to the grocery store and barely made it back. It took my husband pushing it back to the unit. We contacted the property management company who told us someone would call us back that day. No time range or anything was given. After about an hour or so we called back and asked for a time range, and were told there were other emergencies and that there were tram passes available to take the tram to the beach. First off, I didn't get a unit with a golfcart so I could load my toddler and all our beach stuff onto a tram. Plus the tram pick up was no where near the unit and involved a bit of a walk. We ended up driving our vehicle to the beach. When we got back to the unit, it was getting close to 5pm (quitting time), so we call again and someone finally came out. They said that a couple of the batteries needed to be replaced and were bugling, but he added some distilled water for the time being. The golf cart worked fine after that and we took it to dinner. The next day, I had 2 missed calls, and a text stating to bring the golf cart back to the unit for the tech to look at it. I apologized and advised that the tech could come to the beach and look at it there. I was on vacation and was not in a position to just drop plans and come rushing back to meet a tech that was called out the day prior. Outside of the golf cart incident, the trip was great, the property was great, and good times were had by all. We actually liked this unit enough that we will seek to rent the same one next year. We will just make sure they check the batteries in the golf cart in advance of our arrival.

Perfect for Families

We took a last-minute trip to the Sandestin area and could not have been more pleased. This condo was very clean, spacious and affordable. We would highly recommend it and return in the future.
