Stunning townhome at Bayou Village with a 6 seat GOLF CART included! Recently updated, #627 is located on the North side of the resort, this stunning residence is perfectly situated lakeside with picturesque fountain views. Panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the marina can be enjoyed from the living area. The beach is just a 7-10 minute ride away by golf cart or tram. You may also take the golf cart to the Village of Baytowne Wharf where you will find restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment.

For a relaxing afternoon, spend some time outside on the screened porch and take in a remarkable view of the bay, lake, and fountain. The sunken family room is comfortable and inviting with new furniture! There is a new HDTV for your entertainment. Our gourmet kitchen makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining area offers seating for four guests, and two seats at the bar. For your convenience, there is a full bath just inside the door to make cleaning off after the beach, an easy chore! There is a stacked washer and dryer as well.

Upstairs, you'll find our master bedroom suite which offers a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely lake view. There is access to a private balcony just outside the master suite. The master bathroom has been recently updated and offers a shower/tub combo with an updated vanity. The guest bedroom features a brand new queen over queen bunk. The guest bathroom offers a brand new bathtub-shower combination.

Bayou Village overlooks a scenic lake and offers a view of Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Marina. This is a wonderful spot to watch the summer fireworks show! There are two nearby swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our townhome. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional townhome at 627 Bayou Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

The unit was good and the beds were comfy. I found dishes to be dirty and there wasn’t enough silverware, coffee cups etc. The golf cart is a huge addition for this area. The brakes went out at the end of our trip and hopefully can be repaired before the next guests. The steering was also very tight in the golf cart. Overall we loved the Sandestin resort and beaches.

Overall our stay was great! Check-in was super easy, no issues with the WiFi, the golf cart was super handy, we all had a great time. My only minor complaint was the hot water in the master shower didn’t get very hot but there are 2 other showers, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Love this place!!

This place is the most perfect place in Florida this is my second time staying. We have stayed here and the place next door two summers in a row! It’s clean, close to the beach, pool is amazing and we love the shopping village can’t wait to come back next summer! Host is very accommodating and responds quickly!!

Nice getaway!

So me and my kids love the beach, my husband is not a fan. This is perfect, he was able to enjoy activities while we took the golf cart to the beach. Our three teenagers enjoyed the freedom of being able to go and eat and because we felt safe we did not have to go with them. Lots to do in the area! We will be back.

Family Vacay

Very nice location inside gated Sand Destin. Felt very safe on this property and enjoyed walking the grounds and scenery. Condo was very clean. Only issue was wifi kept going on and off and we had to reset the router several times but that’s a wifi company issue, not owner issue. Loved the lake in backyard with turtles and golf cart made it easy to enjoy all Sand Destin amenities.

The pillows and bed weren't super comfortable, but we slept pretty well. There were a few minor cosmetic things that just simply needed a attention but nothing to affect our stay. The golf cart was perfect to be able to venture around the resort. We definitely want to come back.

Spring Break Family Vacation

The house we stayed in worked out great for me, my husband and 3 kids(7 year old, 3 year old, 8 month old). It is in a great location, located close to everything around. The golf cart was awesome to have to get to the beach, Baytowne, the pool, restaurants, grocery store. We did have an issue with a flat tire with the golf cart but the property manager had someone come instantly to have that fixed. The house comes with a shed full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and kid floaties. My kids enjoyed the turtles at the pond out back. The twin bed was great but I would say the top bunk is a little too close to the ceiling. My 7 year old said he easily kept hitting his head on the ceiling if he wasn’t careful. He ended up sleeping on the bottom full size bed towards the end of the trip. All in all we really liked this house and it worked out well for our family.

Unit needs upggrading

The unit is for sale and i think the owner don’t want to put money in upgrading the unit. Kitchen was lacking many things such as oven mits, pizza cutter, sharp knives, pasta drainer, etc. Both upstair baths are very old. If you are there for a week or two it’s fine but not for longer stay. Windows are not working and the wind goes through the patio door in the living room. On the bright side, Blue Beach Vacations are really great, they resolve any problems really fast and efficiently.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Certainly do not want to subtract from the amazing time me, and my family had.. The rental was clean, spacious, and the addition of the golf cart was great. I did not feel a warm, and welcoming attitude from a few of my interactions with Beach Blue Properties customer service. The main issues were the late check in time, and early check out. If the times are to be strictly enforced, perhaps a provision could be made for guests’ luggage, other than having to pay for an off site company to watch it. Also, it is understandable to expect to bring all needed equipment to any rental. However, I did not expect to have to run out to the store to buy toilet paper. Nor did I appreciate being told via text to “refer to the guidelines”. Upon checking in, my code was not working. I was told to wait an additional ten minutes before entering it again. No apology, no explanation. I don’t regret the vacation, nor the beautiful experiences. I will be returning to the area, even to possibly purchase. But, I will not be doing any more business with this particular company.

We sincerely apologize for any negative experiences you had with our customer service. As we rent individual owners' units and do not have an office at the complex for storing luggage, we use a company that many vacation rental companies in the area use for this purpose. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Regarding the check-in time, the unit had guests before your stay and needed to be cleaned, inspected by housekeeping management, and our management team. Being the busy season, it wasn’t available hours earlier, and we apologize for that inconvenience. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the toilet paper. As shared upfront and in your guidebook, we provide starter packs to get you through the first day. This is common with property management companies as well. There's a misconception that property management companies operate like a hotel and we strive to make sure our guests get as much information upfront. We’re glad you enjoyed your vacation overall and the beautiful experiences, and we hope you give us another opportunity.

I will start by saying that the property was definitely adequate for my family's needs. It was extremely spacious, and clean. The TVs shown in the photos, are not indicative to the sizes of the ones in the house...they are much smaller. Also, if planning to stay at this place, be sure to bring toilet paper! We were definitely aware that all items needed for our existence during the stay needed to be provided by us. However, in all the places I have stayed in over the years, toilet paper was never an issue. Whatever you do, do not plan on getting in town on an earlier flight. there is nowhere on the premises to store your luggage, and no provisions are made for this purpose. We had to pay a service to watch our bags, and find ways to occupy ourselves until precisely 4:00 PM when we were allowed in the unit. Which, by the way, was still delayed because our code was not working initially. Beach Blue Properties customer service was "hot & cold". We either got the rude person, or the nice person. Only on ONE such occasion did I speak to a nice rep. The other times the rep was very dismissive, and non-empathetic to our concerns. Again, despite the bad customer service, my family enjoyed the experience of the community. The golf cart was a phenomenal PLUS. I highly recommend this area of Florida, and will definitely go back. I will not stay in a property managed by Beach Blue Properties ever again.

Beach Blue Properties Failed Us

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Blue Properties Failed Us. From the moment we checked in, a maintenance person named Grady came in without knocking to look at the steps falling apart in our rental...only to tape it all down with black tape. We assumed it was an honest mistake...the first time.He came in again while we were away and we would not have known if it were not for our ring camera and a crumpled note in the kitchen trash can saying he accidentally came into the wrong unit to address a maintenance issue.When we called the management company (BBP) they said he accidentally came in and it was for another until. They told us the unit he intended to go into, and we spoke to the renters there. There was no knowledge/communication with them of any issues needing to be addressed in their rental. On top of this, management said they called us to notify us, but we never received a missed call or voicemail from there. Very sketchy. The home had quite a few things neglected and falling apart and had black tape on things like the kids bedroom blinds that had actually missing slats!I will not be renting from this company again and I suggest anyone that does to have multiple ring cameras set up on your own WiFi network while you are away.

The second entry was also an unfortunate accident, as he intended to address a maintenance issue at a nearby unit. Our team was immediately notified and the error was properly documented. We can assure you that this was not intentional, and we deeply regret that this was not communicated to you. Nevertheless, we understand how you could be skeptical after speaking with the other renters. However, these guests were rightfully unaware of any issues with their unit because they had been addressed prior to their arrival the following day. We are deeply sorry for the confusion. The staff member who entered your unit is a long-time, trusted member of our maintenance team, and while this incident occurred during our busiest season, we fully acknowledge that it should not have happened. Guest comfort, safety, and privacy are our top priorities, and we are committed to improving our communication and procedures to prevent any future occurrences. We truly regret that this impacted your stay and appreciate your feedback, which will help us make necessary improvements. Very unclean

Upon arrival after traveling for 14 hours, I instantly noticed that the house was not properly cleaned. The fans were coated in dust. The lamps, TVs and dressers and under the beds were coated in dust. Inside the vanity drawers were tons of hairs. Dirt and food on doors cabinets and kitchen table. I called and the next day they had a lady come out to “clean what I wasn’t happy with” The lady they sent even said that the place needed a deep clean badly and that the person that cleaned needed to come back and redo the whole place. The pullout bed mattress cover was covered in hair and dirt and under that was another cover and it was covered in smashed chocolate chips. The loft bed was not stable and my kids did not feel safe sleeping in it. There was an outlet cover with no face on it and another outlet cover not properly covered. There was a massive wad of hair in the shower. We have stayed in Baytown 3 years in a row and we have never been unsatisfied Until this trip. We have used vrbo multiple times and we have never been unhappy until now. The small dresser in the kids room was very unstable and fell on my 7 year old son hurting his shoulder and it also fell on my 11 year old daughter and the tv fell off and broke. When I texted and emailed about the dresser, I received not one response, but while we were gone some one came and strapped the dresser to the wall. All of our belongings were in there and we were not even contacted about the person that would be coming. We would have liked to be there or just to be made aware that someone was coming in. Not once did we get an apology for The condition of the property. The cleaning manager said I’m really shocked bc we have never received a complaint about the person that cleaned your property. Also the lady they sent to “clean” brought a bottle of spray and one rag with her. She did not reclean the property. She wiped the drawers and some dirt from a wall that I showed her. The food chunks were still left on the table and on the cabinets. Very disappointed with beach blue. We will never use beach blue again.

Our unit has always received glowing reviews and we seldom, if ever, receive negative feedback regarding our management. However, we understand your frustration and are very sorry for any housekeeping or maintenance issues you encountered. Although we are a business touched by many hands, which leaves room for the occasional error, we agree that this is unacceptable. We are taking your comments very seriously and have addressed your concerns with our management, housekeeping and maintenance teams. We also apologize if you were uncomfortable with someone entering the property without your knowledge. Guest safety is of utmost importance and when notified of any safety concerns, we immediately send a member of our team to address the issue. However, we agree that you should have been notified and apologize for our lapse in communication. We are pleased to report the unit has been deep cleaned, the outlet covers have been replaced, the broken TV has been replaced, and a wall mount bracket has been installed to further stabilize the dresser. Although we understand this will not change your experience, we hope that one day we have the opportunity to regain your trust and provide you with a 5-star vacation experience. We hope you accept our sincerest apologies and hope to see you again!

I spent 1 1/2 days cleaning up cat hair. Someone occupying the before us had cats. My wife has allergies and it was a nightmtare for the first few days. the kitchenware was limited. no hot pads, no scissors, no pizza cutter, limited silverware.
