There was major structural construction going on right under our unit. We were told it was just parking lot construction. Contacted the property manager who said they would contact us back. Took multiple calls to get some resolution. Still waiting for the manager to call me back to discuss a discount.

Great place- right next to the beach!

Property has a pool on site and is just steps from the beach. The facility is older, but well kept. Laundry facilities are on the first floor- you need to download an app to pre-load money - but it was a fairly simple process. There was no thermastat that we saw in the condo- or overhead fans, but a box fan was provided along w beach umbrellas. There was also 1 sand chair and paddle board which we took advantage of.

Furniture horrible

The sofa and loveseat were disgusting... slipcovers poorly put on kept slipping ...difficult to sit on them. Need to update dishes and silverware as well.

Great building! Clean condo

The Chateaux is a great building. Low density and easy access to beach. Pool/beach restrooms were always clean. Condo 105 was as described. Clean and beds were comfortable. The key code on the front door and pool/restroom area made it so no keys were needed! We did however find a few things that need attention. As stated in previous reviews, the condo is still lacking hot pads. It is also lacking food storage containers so we bought some and left them behind. The patio furniture was in an awful state. All of the legs of the chairs were completely rusted out. My suggestion would be to replace with some bar height chairs and table so that you can sit and see over the railing. Either way, the chairs definitely are ready for replacement. Even with those issues I would still recommend this condo if you're looking for convenient access to the beach.

Most relaxing trip our family has had.

The property did not disappoint. Great family atmosphere everywhere around this property. The one miner thing is the condo could use a deep cleaning a little more often.

8th Annual Girls Weekend 2020

We enjoyed our stay at Chateaux. It was relaxing, comfortable & clean and had a beautiful view. We did have issues with the heavy sliding door however we called maintenance & it was addressed within 24 hours. The kitchen could Use some updated cookware and it needs hot pads/pot holders & a sponge instead of a washcloth. Otherwise we were very satisfied with our stay! Thank you for a pleasurable vacation experience!
