Inn Keeper`s Casa - Adobe Hacienda

Adobe Hacienda is a charming, cozy Inn, located along “The Scenic Byway” in the village of Oak Creek. Just a few minutes outside of Sedona, you won’t have to travel far to experience what is regularly described as one of America’s most beautiful places. This inn offers a personal touch to every guest.

The main living quarters are adorned tile floors with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the red rocks and well-manicured golf course. Step outside onto our flagstone courtyard and make yourself at home with exceptional views.

Come stay with us for an elevated experience as you explore the beauty of Sedona.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. The Inn keepers Villa

When we arrived, walking in to see the spectacular view, the floor to ceiling windows overlooking a fire pit lounge area patio with golf course greens and the red rock mountains in the distance were amazing. The layout of the villa was perfect, open air kitchen/living room nicely decorated, master to the right with privacy double doors,spacious room with the same floor to ceiling windows Spa like bathroom with the most comfortable stand alone bathtub. Two more lovely rooms with the same floor to ceiling windows and doors, on the other dude of the living room with a bathroom to share.Patio seating just outside each room It was comfy and oh so perfect for a group to share and have their own private space to enjoy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Inn Keepers House Review

Once we figured out where we were going and got in, the house was mostly as described. The check-in instructions were very confusing— this is a house located next to another building that has “suites” and a “common area”… the hot tub is shared between both buildings, so other renters are able to use it. The outdoor furniture and area was pretty dirty, but the inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did wish more towels had been provided, so I’d go ahead and request more on the front end. Overall we would recommend this house— just be aware that the management company’s communication is a bit confusing and doesn’t always give all details.

Good bones, needs more attention on maintenance

Super cute place! Location was 10/10 we just feel like the property has been a little neglected. Outdoor area is not as well maintained as the pictures show(swing, fountain, hot tub) Had to kill a few cockroaches but nothing out of control. Good bones but def needs more attention to maintenance.

Nice but lacking certain details needed.

The location was excellent; however, there were certain aspects that should have been taken care of: 1- Broken kitchen faucet 2- No product in bottles located in the master bath shower 3- Multiple insects inside 4- Outside couch seating not cleaned 5- Lack of simple instructions to use the TVs

Family vacation

The listing of this property looks fantastic, however it isn't. We recently returned from our family trip to Sedona which is beautiful by the way, however we had many issues with the Inn Keepers house property rental. First when we arrived there was a toxic smell of dead rodent inside and outside the home, come to find there was a sewer backup. There were cockroaches in both bathrooms, the ice machine in refrigerator didn't work, the bathtub wasn't secured in place so not useable, the step up in home is extremely dangerous where 2 people in party fell, the lack attention to detail with paint wear and tear of property inside and out was a bit to be desired. For the cost of this rental the property management team needs to be more attentive to its clients with respect to urgency in handling situations, better communication and cleanliness. This property has so much potential, it's unfortunate it's not being utilized. We found out during our stay the property was recently purchased which was just flipped quickly into rental mode without doing the necessary maintenance needed to bring it up to speed before renting. We would not recommend this vrbo for a Sedona experience.
