The Space:

An imposing 9 metre high and 5 metre wide off-form concrete chimney anchors the home to the landscape, featuring a large wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights.

Extend your living space to the generous entertaining deck, complete with a locally crafted dining table for 18 people and a built-in gas BBQ. The Neighborhood:
The centre of Kangaroo Valley township is about a 15 minute drive and there are restaurants, cafes, a general store, post office, a pub, homewares and collectible stores, antiques, real estate agencies and a petrol station.

Getting Around:
- Kangaroo Valley township is only 10 minute drive with plenty of street and off-street parking.
- The nearest train station is Moss Vale which is a 30 minute drive (north).
- Berry township and Seven Mile beach are both circa 30-45 minutes drive (east).
- The nearest large shopping centre is either Bomaderry (south) or Moss Vale (north), both are 30 minutes drive away.

A stay at the sticks requires a refundable security bond of $3,000. Your bond will be refunded after we have completed the post stay inspection on the day of departure.
