Tranquil Luxury

Wonderful property that has everything needed and more. Very relaxing setting that just makes you feel at home. Would highly recommend for those visiting Sarasota! Close to everything including the beach! The property’s pool gives you a refreshing dip on a hot day!

Perfect !

This is a lovely ,well thought out home. The furnishings were beautiful, the kitchen excellent and the pool was a tranquil focal point. The beds are quite comfortable ( one is a tempurpedic type) And the master shower had a great "rain" head. Beautiful gardens that were lit up at night. We loved coming home to it ! Thanks so much !

Winter Stay

We stayed at property for 6+ weeks. Charming house, nice decor, great location. House was as described. Had some issues with TV later in the stay that didn’t get fully resolved before we left. But overall very pleased with the house and would definitely stay here again.

Pool House

This property is hard to describe, as it is so unique. The photos are accurate, but the special “feel” of the house only comes to you standing there. The neighborhood is well situated, easy access to lots of things. The pool is a delight, even though we had trouble during our stay with it not heating (turned out is was a simple fix that just took some time to sort out). Sarasota is quite a nice visit, with time out on Siesta Key

Nice place, expensive support fees from management compancy, VRBO - more than doubled cost per night Then when shower was backed up and gheckos came up from drain it took more than w4 hours to resolve -

Beautiful house with private salt water pool

When we first arrived we were almost shocked to see how nice everything was, true to the pictures. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to a lot of action in Siesta Key, the marina, and downtown. After a few days, we noticed the grass and vegetation started wilting and turning brown so we hand-watered the areas. I called Monica, who is wonderful to work with, and informed her that I located the sprinkler system box and it was turned off. I was asked to turn it on so hopefully that took care of that. I would highly recommend this property and Roelens Vacation Management Company and hope to stay here again!
