We were 3 couples looking to bike the Legacy Trail and take in the sites of Sarasota. Property was immaculate and centrally located, a short ride to everything we wanted to do. We had a wonderful time and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The house was absolutely beautiful! So clean and nice. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Host was wonderfully accomodating. Lots of towels and also loved the extra beach toys and chairs in thr garage. We will definitely come back if we need to stay in sarasota again. Thank you!

Clean and spacious rental

Lots of rooms, very clean. Great kitchen.Location is very close to downtown. Also just a couple of blocks from legacy trail if you like to bike.

Beautiful vacation

It was extraordinary. It is very clean, bright and has everything you need for a vacation (plates, cutlery, glasses, barbecue, absolutely everything like at home and plus beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) We left in a very pleasant mood and with beautiful emotions. Thank you!!!!

Great Sarasota Stay!

We stayed at this lovely house for several weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and a combination of older homes and new architecturally interesting homes. The location is excellent ….very close to downtown Sarasota. We have booked again for next year!

Beautiful home convenient to everything

We were in Sarasota for our son’s wedding. This home was a nice quiet spot for our family for the 4 days of celebrating. Convenient to downtown. The home was clean and comfy for everyone.

Multi-generational family stay

Great house for a big family group. We came with grandparents, mom, dad, kids, aunts, and uncle and the space worked great for us. Quick access to downtown Sarasota. Neighborhood is residential; near the high school and a Publix. Would recommend for a family group headed to the Sarasota area!

Perfect location, very spacious

The home is less than 10min from all restaurants, groceries, downtown Sarasota, and 15 min from either Lido Beach or Siesta Key. Home has everything you need. Kristina is very quick to respond to questions.

A Great House

The house was spacious and lovely. There were four of us and we each had our own bedroom. The house is well supplied with everything except hand towels and towel racks in the bathrooms. We enjoyed eating breakfast each day on the patio that is covered and attached to the house. The location is good but you do need a car to drive to every place. We would stay here again. It was very enjoyable.

High end, spacious , clean and relaxing

All as expected. No surprises! Patio, back yard and garage a bonus. All updated, all rooms furnished completely and with excellent taste. Wonderful master bedroom suite and counter space everywhere.

Lovely house

We had a lovely time at this house. Very close to the grocery store and a short drive to St Armand’s, restaurant and beaches. We had 10 people and do wish that there were more than 10 forks - tee hee - don’t want to wash after every meal. Kitchen was bright and cheerful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen table seats six with four barstools to seat a total of 10 people. Loved that they had beach chairs and a cooler available.

Spacious place to stay in Sarasota

The property is very spacious and open. It was immaculate and well-appointed. My only disappointment is that the first floor of the house is darker than the photos in the listing. The upstairs is very sunny at the landing, but the rest of the house is dark. Very convenient to Publix and other shopping and a quick drive to downtown. Overall, very nice and comfortable home.

Nice time

Location, proximity to everything is excellent, the house is very nice, and AC worked great as Florida was shopping hot!. Great kitchen and huge master. The neighborhood is very transitional, not scary or anything, but the houses around it are not anything like this one. The owner has no control over that however! Neighborhood next door just needs to move (lol) could use some coffee to get started out, and some fluffy pillows. Side note...go to the ringling brothers museum if you visit.
