WELCOME !

Sleeps up to 7 people in beds comfortably.

This beach front condo suite has lots of living room seating, comes with a clear wide lake view, a private beach & roof top patio for YOU to enjoy.

It's a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. This END UNIT with a large balcony provides a bit of extra peace and quiet right on the bend coming into Long Point.

LIVING ROOM 82" TV with sound bar.
From the photos you'll notice the amount of seating available that will fit 8 people comfortably. The size and comfort is rare to find. Both the sectional and the couch have pull out trundles 6 feet & 5 feet 7 inches.

MASTER BEDROOM with Ensuite & a lake view
This bedroom has a separate access to the balcony, a beautiful queen wooden sleigh bed with matching nightstands & a 43" TV. All covered in 4' * 2' large porcelain tiles. Ensuite has a full bath.

BEDROOM 2 with Ensuite & a lake view
This bedroom also has a separate access to the balcony, a stylish queen size grey canopy bed matching the grain of the 2' * 2' porcelain tiles & a 40" TV, & walk in closet. Ensuite has a matching glass shower also with a lake view!

BEDROOM 3
This room has a queen size grey canopy bed & a double bed. This is great for a parent that wants to sleep close to their young child. There is also a large dresser in the room. Separate washroom at the suite entrance.

KITCHEN
Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Keurig, Toaster, Hot water pot. Filled with lots of utensils.

DINING ROOM
This area is in the kitchen and has a seating for 4.
Living area has about 5 personal white laptop tables to use for eating to make up for the smaller dining room. Focus of the suite set up is on the living room and relaxation.

BALCONY
The large balcony has seating for 10.Four people on outdoor couch and chairs, and six people on 2 bar tables with 6 chairs for options. Partial sunset can be seen from balcony because of the 270 viewing angle.

Wi-Fi can reach your device on the balcony.

Great cell phone service being on the end unit.

Beds are made and towels provided, so no need for you to bring either.

There is an information booklet in the suite that shows directions how to get to the Hospital, walk-in clinic, local restaurants, food trucks etc.

Quiet times are 11pm until 8am. No smoking or candles inside the suite. Please remove your garbage to the bin in parking lot
Please use glass cutting board and table cloth mats to protect beautiful quartz counter. Don't allow food to go down the sink or in dishwasher.
Check out is 10am cleaning ladies arrive. Relax, have fun, enjoy your stay, and get sand between your toes !

Chris was very communicative and flexible with check in and check out. The unit met our needs really well and the proximity to the lake and wildlife reserves is just awesome. We'd gladly come again.

6 stars! From the wonderful communication before check-in to the very intentional and well thought out space this was the perfect spot for our women's getaway weekend! All the little details were thought through. It had everything we needed and more. The host did thoughtful little things like having to TV tuned into the Jays game at check-in after asking if there was cable before arrival. The view was gorgeous! We plan to keep going back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location can't be beat! The condo was spotless and well cared for with a lovely mix of past and present. The kitchen was GREAT and we prepared a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner in it. The host was responsive, friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time at this place! The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was ideal—close to long point bird observatory and the beach. We got bit stuck during check-in and the host was responsive to provide the info. We especially appreciated the coffee grinder in kitchen and local recommendations. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

There were 6 of us (all adults) staying in this fabulous apartment…. Really well appointed, beautiful decor, very comfortable, had everything you could ask for. We were amazed at how much Chris (the host) had included within this rental…. Really excellent. The balcony area had a great view over the lake and we also enjoyed the outdoor lounge on the roof!The location was perfect, we had all taken our bikes and we had a canoe which we used to paddle along Big Creek which is very close by. We definitely plan to go back and explore further…. Thanks Chris, you were the best! Great communication throughout :)

Key access was easy. Unit was very clean on arrival. We enjoyed living room and balcony view of the water, and went to the rooftop patio to cook and enjoy even better elevated view from there. Place was well equipped. All safe for toddler. Host was responsive to all questions.

Incredibly well-appointed, clean and stocked 2nd floor unit. Very responsive and helpful host. Great value. Nice view of the lake. Having the private beach is great, made for a special place to have your morning coffee, but there is a large rock drop-off so it is not suitable for swimming. Public beach parking is a 4 minute drive. Thank you to the host for recommending the Marshview Patio restaurant, it is a must.

Fabulous!

Everything about this condo is excellent!! Easy access, clean and lovely decor. The view is exactly as you see in the photos and morning coffee and cocktails in the evening were so relaxing. It’s very quiet. 6 adults and we had plenty of room. Thank you Chris! We kiss it already.

Fantastic view of the beach

We loved the access to the rooftop for our friend reunion BQ and the view of the lake. Inside the condo, we had all the amenities listed and loved the coffee provided. Comfy beds and having three bathrooms was wonderful. Will definitely stay again if in the area of Long Point.

The Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect. The decor was on point (so cute). We loved that the mood was set as soon as we walked in. It was very clean and organized. Chris’s place included so much, which really made packing for a trip so much easier.

The condo is in a great location as the private beach is right across the street. Getting entry was easy if you carefully read and follow the instructions. The unit was clean and comfortable. We did not do very much cooking but all needed items to cook seem to be there. The two main bedrooms were nice with private baths. The master bed was comfortable and the 2nd bed a little firm. The 3rd bedroom was very nice and the bed very comfy. The sliding barn door was a little issue as it doesn’t close all the way. A easy fix would help with privacy. The 3rd bath is nice but does need you to leave your bedroom and go through the kitchen area to use it. We knew that but just adding the info. Chris was easy to work with and a good host. Returned my emails very promptly. One issue out of anyone’s control was a bug issue. They seem to be out swarming around the balcony and outdoor cooking areas. I’m sure it’s at certain times of year but we could not sit out this week. People in the area said it’s cyclical. So usually not an issue. The ladies in our group felt there was tooMuch “stuff” on the tables and counter. The dining area really sits only 2 people but being we are out lunch and dinner not a real problem. There is plenty of seating on couches and were nice to watch the hockey games together. Wifi was good, cell service off and on but generally ok. We did enjoy the space and would definitely rent it the next time we’re in the area.

Perfect Port Rowan vacation home

A great 2-day stay in late March.The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked.Beds and furniture were super comfortable.The balcony/patio looks like it would be awesome in warmer weather.The host was kind and accommodating and very responsive. There were clear instructions and good tips for nearby activities.We would love to go back for another stay in the future.

Overlooking the waves

The stay at Long Point Condo was luxuriously comfortable and relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony : morning, noon, and night was wonderful and was even possible when it was raining. It was a windy week and the sound of the waves all night was great. We self catered our meals and the kitchen was well equipped and finding a cupboard full of coffee for both types of coffee makers was very generous. The roof top terrace was fun to use and we saw some pretty multi- coloured sunset skies from there while enjoying dinner. The book regarding what is nearby that Chris made was well done and helpful.

I'm from this Norfolk area but spent the last couple decades working in the city. I love to watch and play hockey. My hidden talent is playing pool. I enjoy documentaries, especially history.

I really enjoy hosting. I've met so many nice guests. Staging and decorating the condo making it look beautiful is rewarding.

My mom grew up close to Long Point and her family came to this beach starting in the 1950's when it used to be a public beach, before turning private. This is where her Dad tried to teach her how to swim, where her and her two high school friends spent weekends sun tanning. Later in life we bought this condo together and I'm so fortunate to have done so.

この宿泊施設の特徴

It has the wide lake view and being that it's the end unit it's a bit more quiet, and has a 270 degree view.

The sky and water are often changing colour as storms come across the lake and you can watch most of the sunset.

In the winter the sound and speed of the wind coming off the lake is quite powerful, a big difference from the calm summers.
