Hi I'm Chris. You will feel at home here during your stay.

Daily & weekly rentals all year unless a monthly rental gets booked. Monthly is bookable from Nov 1st to Apr 30th. Send an inquiry message to discuss months & pricing.

This is a rare true 3 bedroom in this beach condo building. No other unit has 3 big beds like these.

1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms.
2 bedrooms have ensuites with lake views

5 sleeping areas in total - 3 bedrooms + 2 couch trundles.

Private beach - A rooftop patio with a BBQ & an awesome elevated Lake view. It's almost a complete 360 degree viewing angle of the Long Point area.

BALCONY
Wi-Fi now reaches the balcony. I have moved the original location our units had at the entrance to the middle of the unit, another unique feature !
The balcony really feels open because it's an end unit, elevated, and can see the sun setting. You can watch the traffic come and go around the bend or just watch the waves. There are two seating options. Low and cushioned for 6, or 2 bar type table & chairs for 6 with over the railing view. See photos.

LIVING ROOM - 82" TV with sound bar.
From the photos you'll notice the amount of seating available that will fit 7-8 people comfortably. The size and comfort is rare to find. Both the sectional and the couch have pull out trundles 6 feet & 5 feet 7 inches in length. White lap tables if you want to eat watching TV.

MASTER BEDROOM - King bed with ensuite & lake view
This bedroom has a separate walkout to the balcony, a beautiful King bed with matching nightstands & a 43" TV. All covered in 4' * 2' large format porcelain tiles.

BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed with ensuite, lake view. This bedroom also has a separate walkout to the balcony, a stylish queen size bed matching the Master bedroom King and the grain of the 2' * 2' porcelain tiles. 40" TV, & walk in closet. Ensuite has a clear glass shower.

BEDROOM 3
Not to be forgotten, this room has a very solid, beautiful Queen size wooden sleigh bed with matching tall nightstands.

KITCHEN
Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Keurig, Toaster, Hot water pot. Filled with lots of utensils. Fridge empty for your groceries, and Storage shelves for your dry goods.

DINING ROOM
This area is in the kitchen and has a seating for 6.

Beds are made and towels provided, so no need for you to bring either.

McDonald's & Tim Hortons Keurig coffee pods. Tea.

There is an information booklet in the suite that shows directions how to get to the Hospital, walk-in clinic, local restaurants, food trucks, adventures etc.

If you love all 4 seasons and not just only summer, it is available 356 days a year and the rates per night are better. Just message me for rate information.

I came here with my elderly father and husband. Chris was so pleasant from the time we planned our trip to when we checked out. The place was beautiful everything was there we didn’t need anything. The rooms were comfortable the tv but most importantly the view was breathtaking waking up to that. Thank you to Chris and Dana for being such amazing hosts we will definitely be coming back again.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything met our expectations. High points: the view from our balcony and the space it provided ( we spent most of our time there, watching and listening to the waves of the lake and the excitement of the thunder storm.) Also, we enjoyed the private beach, swimming and paddle boarding. Thanks again to our host, Chris.

The view of the lake was great and the beach bring right across the road was nice. It's a close walk to some great restaurants and if you like hiking and birdwatching there are plenty of places to check out. It's also close to a couple lighthouse museums and a cold war submarine. The room is large and spacious with a clean beach vibe. The host reached out to make sure everything was going well and even suggested a couple things to check out nearby. It was Bayfest in Port Rowan. The cost was reasonable and would definitely stay again.

Nice condo , well-equipped to host guests. Everything we needed was provided. Host was very helpful Only con was that the private beach had no acess , only rocks at the shore , otherwise the condo itself was comfortable and as described.

The amount of beach, wet sand we have at the bottom of the steps all depends on mother nature. When you stayed the water did come up to the bottom of the steps at the protective rock wall in place but has changed now to giving us about 30 feet of wet sand. Fantastic stay! Went for a calm ladies weekend getaway and this is perfect! Three bedrooms, three bathrooms! Full kitchen and amazing balcony. Whether on the balcony or inside, there is no shortage of comfortable seating!beautiful view and can walk right out to loungers on the sand. A short drive down the road if you want make a morning/day on the long beach. Short drive, in the other directions (!) to fantastic restaurants/wineries/ice cream. Great communication with Chris the host!

Chris the host was very responsive, kind and helpful including when we locked ourselves out of our unit. A well organized binder of useful information was provided regarding appliance use and local amenities. The beds were very comfortable and extra linens and blankets were plentiful. The showers were hot, the water pressure was great and body wash and shampoo were readily available. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need to make a meal and the host was generous in providing bottled water, paper towels, coffee pods etc. The biggest negative was having no elevator and a long hall and various doors to negotiate in bringing luggage up and down from the unit. Overall the condo was spacious, the location was great and Chris was an exceptional host.

We had a wonderful time enjoying this comfortable, clean and well appointed property. Everything was perfect and Chris was a very professional host. We are planning to make Long Point/Port Rowan an annual getaway and would be delighted to stay here again...a new home away from home. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful place and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and the view is amazing. We didn’t get to use the beach, but hopefully we can come back when the weather is better and use it as well. The cleaning fee made it twice the price but only for one night so if you stayed more than one night you only get charged the fee one time. So it actually is very reasonable for what you get.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The apartment is very comfortable with a very nice living area (there’s a very nice large tv -we watched the Blue Jays games ) with a great balcony overlooking the water. We could not really take advantage of the balcony because of the cool weather at the beginning of May, but it would be great in the summer. The two bedroom facing the lake are roomy with very nice ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is fine but has no windows and the separate bathroom is small, but adequate. A downside is that the apartment block is facing the main busy road so there is some traffic noise. The host was very responsive and took care of all our needs, answering our questions promptly. The check-in and checkout process was easy. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I'm from this Norfolk area but spent the last couple decades working in the city. I love to watch and play hockey. My hidden talent is playing pool. I enjoy documentaries, especially history.

I really enjoy hosting. I've met so many nice guests. Staging and decorating the condo making it look beautiful is rewarding.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My mom grew up close to Long Point and her family came to this beach starting in the 1950's when it used to be a public beach, before turning private. This is where her Dad tried to teach her how to swim, where her and her two high school friends spent weekends sun tanning. Later in life we bought this condo together and I'm so fortunate to have done so.

この宿泊施設の特徴

It has the wide lake view and being that it's the end unit it's a bit more quiet, and has a 270 degree view.

The sky and water are often changing colour as storms come across the lake and you can watch most of the sunset.

In the winter the sound and speed of the wind coming off the lake is quite powerful, a big difference from the calm summers.
