Guests enjoy exclusive use of this spacious villa and all facilities. Quiet location close to historic Russell with ferries, boat trips, attractions, restaurants and vineyards. Spa Pool, Chef’s kitchen, BBQ, AC, Kayaks, Laundry, WiFi, 4K TV’s. Everything for the perfect romantic escape, work break or vacation with friends

Waterfront is an understatement. The beach lodge is so close to the sea the infinity view makes you feel like you are on the water. A truly amazing location to relax, unwind, reconnect, romance and enjoy all the surrounding area has to offer. Privacy assured with no other guests, shared amenities or on site managers. It is all about the view - even when relaxing in the spa pool.

Located just two minutes from Russell village with vineyards, restaurants, island boat trips, fishing, historic places, bush walks through Kiwi habitat, shops and nearby world class golf.

Quiet and peaceful with no through traffic or noise. Private beach access just steps away with no road or dunes between you and the sand. Relax on the beach or swim to the diving pontoon moored in front any time of the tide. Refresh under the hot outdoor shower and perhaps a dip in the jacuzzi.

Stacking glass doors completely open the indoor living area to the expansive front deck, beach and ocean. The rear walled courtyard provides an additional outdoor living and dining area with privacy and wind protection. Four dining locations all enjoy the view with a Weber BBQ for outdoor grilling.

The master suite features a King bed, quality linens, walk in wardrobe and heated ensuite. Stunning sea views await with the sound of lapping waves and direct access to the front deck and beach. If you need to share a second bedroom and bathroom is located at the opposite end of the villa. This has a Queen and King Single with equally impressive north facing views. Bedrooms have central AC, ceiling fan, 43" 4K smart TV's and wireless phone charging docks. Quality linen and beach towels provided.

If you wish to cook the fully equipped chef’s kitchen has high spec European appliances, gas hobs, dish washer, ice maker, Nespresso machine and Sodastream. Better still enjoy a meal at a Russell restaurant or local vineyard. Alternately bring back a take out for the sunset.

The open plan living area is air conditioned for year round comfort. Entertainment includes a 65" 4K smart TV, Onkyo-Bose sound system, Sat Channels and Internet TV. High speed (500mb/s plus) fibre WiFi permits remote working if you really must. Laundry and EV charger.

Walk hand in hand along two beaches, take the short track to the Tapeka Point summit, explore nearby bush walks through Kiwi habitat, discover hidden bays in a kayak. There are so many options - or just sit back and enjoy the endless procession of passing vessels.

The perfect setting. Beautiful house on a quiet beach. Just over a hill from Downtown Russell. A nice walk to town or drive there in minutes. We loved it and could have stayed longer. Great communication with the host.

Everything and I mean everything was fantastic. Clive thought of all the big and little things that makes one feel comfortable and at home. There were all the cooking utensils and serving ware one could need to make a nice meal. Various streaming options on the television. A Bluetooth speaker for music if Spotify on the existing surround sound is not your jam. Everything is as shown in photos but better in person. In addition helper notes are throughout the place to help guests get acquainted quickly. Thank you Clive for sharing this space with us. The town of Russell is a short drive and has a great grocery store and cute restaurants and shops.

Stunning!

This is a great house in an amazing location right on the beach and you can watch the boats and dolphins pass by from the deck. Very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was great. We loved this part of NZ and this property!

Couldn’t wish for anything to be better

This property is owned by the most fantastic host. He had everything we needed, had everything written down not just upon arrival, but also on email a week before our arrival, which helped us plan our activities. The house is amazing, so clean and compact and the location is fantastic. So beautiful on the beach. The weather for our stay didn’t encourage us to get into the sea or on the kayak, but reading in the sun trap of the east deck, and sipping a wine on the west deck watching the sun set, was the best. The kitchen has everything, and all in perfect condition, no need to scrub off previous burnt off food from their pots and pans. Huge fridge with ice maker, a must for sundowners. And as we were travelling, being able to do a laundry wash was a treat. If we lived closer I would definitely return. Anyone contemplating this property, all I can say is “book it”, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow what a fabulous stay! The house is more gorgeous than the pictures and the view is out of this world. Clive has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Seriously I have never stayed in a better equipped house. The things that are often lacking like paper towels, napkins, spices, oils and such were included but also nice wooden hangers, beach towels, a blender, nice pans, ice, a sodastream!, placemats, even masks and covid tests! Really comfy beds, furniture, everything. We stayed 12 nights and then lovely Lana came to clean up and change linens after a few nights which was wonderful. I chose this spot for a significant birthday and anniversary celebration and so glad I did. It was perfect and we can’t wait to come back. Russell is a gem! Thank you Clive!

100% Empfehlung, Top Lage, tolles Haus

Eine fantastische Unterkunft zum Relaxen! Dieses Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen! Es ist sehr sauber, toll ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Alles ist hochwertig und durchdacht. Es sind ausreichend Pflegeprodukte im Bad (Seife, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash), Küchenutensilien, Kaffeekapseln sowie Gewürze und sogar ein Sodastream vorhanden. Es gibt Kajaks mit denen man auf dem Meer paddeln gehen kann. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets einwandfrei. Es hat einen direkten Strandzugang, der Strand wurde nur wenig von anderen genutzt und somit hat man den Strand fast komplett alleine für sich (allerdings im April). Bis nach Russel sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. In Russel gibt es 2 Supermärkte, einen Bäcker, einige Restaurants und tolle Geschäfte in denen man nicht nur den üblichen Souvenir Kram bekommt. Uns persönlich hat Russel wesentlich besser gefallen als Paihia weil es mehr Charme hat. Die Überfahrten mit der Fähre sowohl nach Opua als auch Paihia klappen sehr gut, sind schnell und unkompliziert. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Neuseeland einen Aufenthalt im Seaescape Russel definitiv wieder fest einplanen!

It is all about the view. The infinity Seascape and sound of the waves will make you feel like you are actually on the water. Seldom to you find prime beach locations in NZ without a road or sand dunes between you and the non tidal beach. This villa has been designed around this unique location with VRBO guests in mind. It is the perfect couples retreat but with generous living spaces and another bedroom at the opposite end of the villa can be shared with another couple or grown family.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of this new beach villa and all facilities. There are no other guests or on side managers ensuring total peace and privacy. There are three living areas including a walled outdoor courtyard providing additional privacy yet maintaining the sea views. The Tapeka Point location is only two minutes from historic Russell with a supermarket, restaurants, coffee outlets and nearby wineries. There are so many activity options or just sit back on a beach bag and watch the endless procession of passing vessels. This is a very special experience that will not disappoint
