Beautiful house, just as described. Plenty of kitchen supplies, including an impressive coffee spread, sheets, towels, etc. Only a block from the beach which was perfect. Much better than VA Beach! No waves but nearly empty and warm as a hot tub. Kids liked the separate FROG where they could hang out. Loved the outdoor shower! Best of all: no ridiculous check-out requirements. Just lock up and leave. Will likely book again.

Cute, clean home.

This home was a pleasure to stay at. It was clean and just a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of beach toys in the garage for your use. Communication was perfect with the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was large with two living rooms that can accommodate 8 easily. The owner was always helpful and reaching out to us to check that we were doing good. Great place.

Home Sweet Home

This house added to a pleasant experience at Virginia Beach. The place was clean, spacious and just a short walk to the beach. We had no issues at all and the host was in top of her game on giving you all the information you needed for an easy check-in and check out. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home very close to the beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Norfolk. The home is large and very close to the beach. Communication was great. Check in and check out was quick and easy. If you are looking for a beautiful home that can accommodate families of all shapes and sizes look no further. If you visit with children be sure to bring a flashlight for walks at night to chase crabs 🦀 🙂

Beautiful space

This is a beautiful and spacious house. It had all the basic amenities you need, from kitchen utensils, bathroom, plenty of regular towels, beach towels, a printer (w/paper), even hair ties to put your hair up. They even provided a few bottles of water and some snacks.They thought of everything.This home is huge. It was perfect for my family of 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space to breath and move around without being in each others space. The house is located directly across the street (3-5 minute walk) from a beach access point.

Would definitely stay again

Check-in was easy. Property manager provided access codes which worked perfectly. Arrived at house minutes before severe thunderstorms which damaged the internet router. Property manager and owner responded same day. The following day the modem was replaced by internet company. House was clean and well maintained. Chesapeake Bay beach was two blocks from house. Evening walks at beach were very nice. I-64 bridge construction near the house slowed traffic but was unavoidable. Outdoor shower was very nice after wading in bay.

No hot water in kitchen

This is a lovely, spacious home and the beds we used were comfortable. However, there is no hot water in the kitchen, so the dishwasher doesn't wash with hot water. The owner seems to think this is fine and seemingly doesn't plan to get that fixed. They have spent money on the house and think that is enough. The beach is a short walk across the road. This area is congested and super noisy at night. There are two box fans provided to help, and they do, but they don't block all the noise. Big trucks are on the small roads day and night. There are some good restaurants within a reasonable distance.

Spacious and Convenient

I stayed here for Mothers Day Weekend with family and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Everything you need was supplied, the linens, cookware, cleaning supplies, etc. There was more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, all the beds except for the bunk beds were king size, but even the bunk beds were full size mattresses! The house is located in the middle of everything, 12mins from Hampton and 30mins from VA beach therefore you can travel to either side of the water. As soon as you walk in you feel at home! The cleanliness is immaculate, the linen is white and everything looks and feels new and up to date. The 2 living rooms was a plus, as some of us wanted to watch different movies. The beach is literally across the street! There’s a grocery store located 4mins down the street, there are plenty of small eateries with seafood to enjoy. Overall our stay was amazing and I would book again!

Absolutely Lovely

We had an amazing experience at this listing. We had a group of six visiting my son returning from deployment. The property is very conveniently located next to the beach and is not far from anywhere you need to go in the Hampton Roads area. The amenities were endless; we were greeted with an immaculate kitchen, two televisions, plenty of lounge space, and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Abundance of towels, trash bags, anything you need. The owner was very easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process of staying at the property. We even had a flight delay on the day of our departure and she was so kind to let us stay a few extra hours. The rooms were spacious and clean. All appliances were brand new. I am beyond pleased with our stay and highly recommend to stay here.

3 Words - 5 Star Accommodations

Me and a group of 6 women ended up staying here for a Bachelorette Trip. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was located a Block away from the beach ( 15-30 second walk). All the beds were large in size, as well as the rooms themselves. The master bedroom ( which accommodated the bride only) had hug King size bed. I have a king size bed at my home, but I believe the bed their was a California King. IT also had a bathroom with a shower and a Bath tub. The home had 4 Full bathrooms, which was very needed for a house full of women. The home as a Victorian style half wrap porch, which is nice to view the sunrise in the Morning. There is a separate Suite above the garage. It would require you to exit the home, however the entrance is next to the exit. The neighborhood was in a nice place. The house is perfect for travel to Norfolk, Virginia Beach or even Hampton. Jody, allowed open communication for any request or needs we may have had. She was wonderful. This is definitely a great stay for large groups or small visitors interested in a spacious home. Thank you so much for your Hospitality

Great spot for our family

This house was perfect for our short stay in VA! Very clean with comfortable beds. Great location near the beach. Property manager was super helpful answering our questions very quickly.

beautiful home, clean, close to the beach, great for kids. they also had beach stuff in the garage for the kids as well (chairs, boards, umbrella, wagon). 10/10 would recommend. I even had a user error with the keyless entry and they were right there on the phone with prompt and kind service/help. thank you for the memories.
