This freshly renovated coastal beach house (completed in November 2022), is designed to bring together family and friends to enjoy each other’s company and the beautiful wonders of the south coast. Sunbound offers 5 bedrooms and suits up to 8 adults (maximum) and 10 children. Just some of the features you can expect:
• Large gourmet kitchen with all of the things you need to whip up a gourmet meal or to chat around the large island bench over a cheese platter
• 3 beautiful modern bathrooms
• Open plan living and dining with modern interiors
• Second living area equipped with smart TV and Nintendo Switch
• Large back deck with BBQ overlooking the big backyard and reserve where you might spot a kangaroo or two in the afternoon
• Lock up storage for boards and bikes
• Room to store a boat/trailer behind gates
• Full use of multiple card games, board games, table tennis table and lawn games (Finska, Kubb, Corn Hole, Croquet)

Based in Dolphin Point you are a few minutes walk away from Dolphin Point Inlet and Burrill Beach. The inlet is a the perfect place to relax by the water, jump on a SUP or kayak or ride with the tide. You also have Burrill Beach at the mouth, great surfing spots at Dolphin Point and a lake nearby for fishing or watersports. You are just a short drive to the holiday townships of Ulladulla, Mollymook and Milton where you will find cafés, shops, more beaches, wineries, wine bars and many more fun things to do.

This is a split level house and boasts the following configuration:

Linen is provided however please bring along your own beach towel.
