Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large screen TV, BBQ grill on the balcony, AC, gas fireplace, a perfect quiet place where you can relax on the patio. Close to all amenities, golf courses, hot springs pool, beach, hiking, skiing, adventure park & other activities. Perfect home away from home

Nice unit; clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with all pots and pans and dishes. Lighting could be better as all overhead lights were dim and large trees in front of windows limited natural lighting.Host was very informative and proactive about providing all information prior to arrival and check in.

Excellent condo. Great location. Clean and had everything we needed. It has a lovely balcony and views of mountains and golf course. We spent plenty of time on the balcony with our small dog. Building on quiet side of complex. Communication with owner was prompt and attentive to our needs. We hope to come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay and found Rashid to be a helpful, responsive host! Lots of good communication and recommendations in the valley. Our family had all the amenities we needed including wifi connected TV, coffee/condiments and we loved the patio!! Instead of going for dinner, we stayed in and enjoyed the views while having a BBQ. We used the pool (at an extra charge) and it was fun for all. We plan to return! :)

After finally finding the property we checked in and found the condo to be very welcoming. The host supplied coffee, shampoo and body wash. Overall we found everything to be to our liking. I especially enjoyed the deck and would really enjoy it in warmer weather. Our host was very accommodating and answered all of my questions very promptly. Highly recommend.

Excellent unique apartment

This apartment was just the right size for my Husband & myself. We felt very comfortable there & enjoyed our stay. It is certainly recommendable, has a beautiful balcony & view.

Great view and very enjoyable

Beautiful panoramic view of the valley and Riverside 10th tee box from the deck. Very clean, although the kitchen and bathroom are dated. Easy to get to and the waterslide/pool is walking distance across the road. Perfect stay.

Great value for money

Excellent responsiveness from owner. Property is a bit dated but provides great value for money. Nice to have no stairs to have to carry items in and out.

Golf Vacation in Fairmont

Had a wonderful stay in this condo. Location was perfect for our family. Played lots of golf, saw lots of wild life (Moose!) off our deck and enjoyed a few hours tubing down the river.
