This beautiful condo with new flooring and updated furniture is located in the Columbia Valley situated within the Kootenay Rockies. This 1 bedroom with a king size bed has direct access to both the bathroom and balcony. If more sleeping space is required the sofa has a queen size bed as well. You are provided with a private kitchen that includes all new appliances and private laundry near the entrance. The balcony provides both a fire pit and BBQ and has gorgeous views of the mountains and the Riverside Golf Course. If golfing isn't your thing there is also kayaking, hiking, horseback riding and skiing in the area. The Fairmont Hot Springs, Canada's largest natural mineral hot springs is only a five minute drive from the front door.

This property is in a great location. Easy to get to Riverside or Mountainside golf courses as well travelling to Radium and Shadow Mountain courses. The condo was perfect, had everything you'd want for a stay. Would stay there again and would certainly recommend to others.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely place to stay. The view is fabulous. Morning coffee on the deck with the sun shining is a bonus. Kitchen has your ‘needed’ items. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Immediate response. Would stay there again.

Everything we needed

The place was quiet and cool, and had an excellent view. The cupboards were well stocked with those items that are easily forgotten at home. Bonnie responded quickly to questions.

Relaxing Getaway

Great condo in great location with southwest facing large balcony overlooking the 10th tee box at Riverside Golf Course and the mountains. Enjoyed the BBQ and propane fire pit while watching the sun set from the balcony. Amazing check in and check out policy never experienced in all of our travels. We will be back. Thanks Bonnie.

Clean spacious pet friendly suite

Check in at this property was hassel free. The host was excellent in communicating with us. Very clean comfortable bed and wonderful views! We were thrilled to be able to bring our pups with us. We look forawrd to visitng again!

Beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bonnie's condo. It is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. The balcony is amazing as are the views from it. The bar b que worked very well and was used often. We hope to be back! Thank you Bonnie!

Condo is bright, spacious and clean with comfortable furnishings and mattress. I appreciated how the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the enormous deck taking in the wonderful view. This is definitely one of the better situated condos for a view and peace and quiet. On the downside, the building and suite is very dated, with an oversized jet tub in the bathroom (makes for spacious showering, but is awkward climbing in and out of and somewhat slippery). Air circulation is limited to the A/C unit in the main living area and a single window in the bedroom that opens - all other windows are sealed in the building. This gives a “closed in” feeling as it would be nice to open window/doors for air flow during the cool mountain evenings/nights rather than be compelled to use the noisy A/C unit day and night. Bonnie is a pleasure to deal with, responding promptly and responsively to all inquiries. If I am ever back in Fairmont, I would not hesitate to return to this rental property.
