Great unique place. The outdoor shower is a very peaceful experience that I can not put into words. Book this place and see just how relaxing and speechless it is.

Very cute and different. Definitely need a 22-24” tv in seating area, dimmers on some lights(no nightlights any where! ), shower space could use a 22-24” trellis or screen added to top of banister ledge.

Amazonia is one of a kind but slightly more rustic and cramped than expected. The property management was really responsive with the issue we had with the air conditioning not working initially and a couple other, small issues. It was very tight quarters with four people and the loft bed seemed a little unsafe. Our 7 and 9 year old boys loved the novelty of the treehouse, though!

The property was awesome. It offers a rustic peacefulness while being just a short drive from all of the local activities. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the squirrels playing in the trees from the lower deck area.

Overall we had a wonderful experience at the treehouse! We loved the decks, fire pit and hammocks - our pups enjoyed being able to be on the decks (we brought a baby gate to contain them on the deck as there is not a gate on either deck). We were concerned about it being too cold, with the temperatures in the 40s overnight during our stay, but the heater provided by the host was great for the small space. We also brought several blankets with us. It was certainly cold to go to the bathroom overnight or first thing in the morning, I didn’t realize the only entrance to the bathroom was completely outside and you had to walk through the outdoor shower to get to the toilet - definitely an adventure!The loft area for the bed was used by the adults as it was too dangerous for our kids - not having a rail surrounding the ladder when exiting the bed or the edge surrounding the ‘hammock’ area over the kitchen was too risky - especially in the dark.We wished there was a TV in the main living room (the only tv was in the loft) - piling 4 people onto the queen mattress for family movie night after a day of hiking was not possible. The road getting into/out of the tree house was a one lane gravel road - luckily only had 1 occurrence where we met another car and they were able to reverse to an area large enough for us to pass by - would have been extremely difficult in the dark. The house is directly on this road and you could hear every vehicle driving by-not as secluded as I hoped

We loved our stay in this cute little cabin. It is so unique and cozy. The hammock bed was a hit. The outdoor shower pushed us outside our comfort zone but it was a pleasant surprise.

Wonderful place

This place was absolutely amazing! The porch hammocks were very relaxing. The large hammock inside upstairs was something else. The outdoor shower on the back porch was really neat.

Perfect little place to go to after a long day of hiking. Outdoor space was the best part of the property. Lovely little creek can be heard babbling while outdoors. If you are worried about driving on a tiny single lane gravel road with some serious ruts would not recommend though, it is definitely tight space going around the pond. Otherwise great place and would stay again! Also, it lists a coffee maker, it is a French press not a traditional coffee maker. I’m a coffee addict so that was a let down.

All good in the woods!

We loved it here! Very relaxing and super close to hiking areas. Minimalistic but had all that we needed for the week. Loved the lower level deck.
