This brand new, custom ranch style home will become your new home away from home! Explore nature right in your backyard while grilling on the charcoal grill on the large deck, or gather around the fire pit for some smores and family fun! The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests and is perfect for your family or small group trip.

This open concept ranch home features a large kitchen and living room area with vaulted ceilings. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, has a breakfast nook, and comes with full size appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen opens up to the living room which features a smart TV and plenty of seating including a queen size sofa sleeper. The home offers complimentary premium WiFi for your convenience.

The peaceful master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV and has its own private bathroom with a large handicap accessible walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and TV, while the third bedroom has bunk beds; full bed on the bottom and twin on the top as well as a TV. There is a shared bathroom right down the hall, as well as a large utility room with full size washer and dryer.

This home is ADA accessible featuring a ramp for wheelchair accessibility, step-in handicapped shower with a seat as well as higher toilet pedestals. The home also welcomes small dogs, limit one, up to 35 pounds. Pet fee of $75 + tax per dog. A pet pool and pet pen are also available for your convenience.

A Happy Place is within walking distance to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Holidays require $250 Security Deposit. Must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 21 years of age or older.
