With easy access to resort amenities, this comfortable home is the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends and family. The exterior is readily equipped with outdoor seating, a gas and charcoal grill, and a fire pit for evening bonfires. The Cedar Grove Cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

Three large bedrooms provide ample privacy and space for guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and a private bath with an oversized shower. The two additional bedrooms come with a queen bed in one and a king bed in the other. They share the second full bathroom. The nicely equipped kitchen comes complete with a separate dining area, seating at the counter and full appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the adjacent living room which comes with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and a large flat screen TV. Stay connected on the deck with an E-reader, catch your show on TV or enjoy card night with the family. Complimentary Wi-FI is provided.

A utility room with washer and dryer add to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home. The Cedar Grove Cottage is also a short walk or drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.
