This luxury resort style, waterfront property is the perfect place to make memories that last a lifetime.

It is situated on Lake Mulwala with direct access to the lake and public jetty for all your water and boating needs.

It is ideally positioned to take full advantage of all that the Yarrawonga has to offer. It is neighbouring the award winning Sebel Yarrawonga hotel, located in Silverwoods, the No.1 Golf & Lifestyle Resort on the Murray River.
You can also take a relaxed drive to the nearby wineries in the Rutherglen region.

The property is perfect for couples, families or groups of friends wanting time away.
You can play golf, fish,tour the wineries, swim and relax at this resort style home and even enjoy the thrill of water sports on Lake Mulwala.

Local clubs and pubs offer courtesy buses - so you don't need to drive into town, they will pick you up and bring you home ! This is just a phone call away, just contact the location you are going to and ask to book the courtesy bus and arrangements will be made.

The property comprises of:

* 4 large bedrooms all equipped with flat screen TV's. A master containing a King size bed, large walk-in robe and an en-suite. The other bedrooms all with queen size beds and fold out mattresses. The main bathroom with a bath,shower and toilet. There is also a powder room with a toilet

* Modern fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and walk in pantry

* 2 large dining areas

* 2 Lounge areas with flat screen TV's and an entertainment Unit

* Outdoor entertaining/dining area with BBQ, Flat screen TV and even your own POOL & SAUNA!!
You also have direct access to the lake along with a beautiful and large, fenced in grassed area surrounded by a gorgeous landscape ( This area is perfect for your pets to play & enjoy their stay)
A children’s playground is also to the left of the property so your children can play within eyesight of an adult.

The property and location is absolutely unreal, outdoor/pool area was the ultimate dream for our group, private/safe parking and access with 4 boats and able to safely have them all locked and secured, house and amenities were super clean and met our needs in every way, 10/10 recommend.

Have just had a week stay.

House was amazing and in a great location pool was a hit with everyone… house was nice and clean and fully set up with everything you needed!! We all had a a great time.

Fantastic location and wonderful home

A very well maintained and clean house with well thought of additions that made the stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend the place, the pool was hours of fun for the kids and so was the sauna.

Beautiful property.

Such a beautiful property in a great location.We had an absolute blast. It fit 12 adults comfortably. It has everything you could ever want in a holiday house. Couldn’t fault it. And the host was lovely. You can tell she puts a lot of effort in.

Awesome location

We had a short Christmas trip with 3 families. House was fantastic and location was perfect. Everyone loved the pool and sauna which was a nice touch. Plenty of parking with great boat ramp. Fishing or skiing in front of property. Air con kept house at a great temp even with the 41 degree weather.

Had it all

The house was well presented. There was plenry of towels and soap. The house has everything you would need for a vacation stay. Bbq, pool, yard and lots of space inside the house. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House, Great Location

Loved Every minute of our time at Yarrawonga. Joanne was absolutely fantastic to deal with. The house was perfect for a large family, including cousins. Beautiful layout overlooking the lake. Can’t wait to return.. 😊

Great location, great home, great host!

This little gem was an absolute treasure. Beautiful inside and out it had a lot of space for a group of 12 people. Perfectly located only a short drive from town,has all amenities including a pool,sauna and spa and the lake at our backyard! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host Joanna was very accommodating with my request of early check in and late check out. It was an enjoyable weekend had by all. Highly recommended.

Hidden Gem!

A beautiful, spacious property in a wonderful corner of Yarrawonga! We loved being so close to the lake, the kids had access to the playground next door safely, only a 5 minute drive from town and we never felt crammed in with all the space! We seriously regret not staying longer!

Fabulous Holiday

We had an amazing stay as the property was perfectly located with absolutely everything we needed. Pool and outdoor area fabulous. Boat ramp at our door step. Our host Joanne was very helpful. We would easily come and stay again. Five stars!

Outstanding property

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property right on the lake. Everything you needed was well and truly catered for and it was well equipped. In particular my family loved the outdoor entertaining area, pool and spa. Location was beautiful overlooking the pool and lake and we walked into town and the Sebel for dinner. It was close to the golf course and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect holiday spot for three generations to share and create wonderful memories

We have just returned from the most wonderful 5 days in this stunning property on the banks of Lake Malwala. It was everything we hoped for with a beautiful outlook, gorgeous alfresco area adjacent to the wonderful pool, brilliant access to the lake for using our boat. It was safe for the little kids and our dogs who had as much fun as we did. We highly recommend this perfect place for families to have the time of your lives! Joanne, the owner, was helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back.

Great house!

House in a good location, easy fishing! Fenced playground literally 20 metres walk! The house itself was great- spacious, clean, lots of amazing extra fancy modcons, like floor heating in bathroom! Fabulous outdoor area, enclosed. Kitchen had heaps of cooking appliances, serving platters and saucepans etc

Amazing home and location.

Joanne's home was amazing with everything you need and much more! Clean and tidy, comfy and homely. Perfect views of the lake from the pool side area and plenty of space for the kids to play within a fenced yard! Easy access to the lake/boat ramp and heaps of space around the property and within to park your boat/jetski securely. Local shops/supermarket only a short drive from the house! Would highly recommend and definitely return! Joanne was easy to reach for any needs and was happy to accommodate. Easy 5 stars!
