Please note as of July 1, 2023 the construction behind our building continues but the main building is finished. Work continues inside the new building We need to walk through the construction area outside only. Otherwise, it doesn't disturb us.

Master bedroom has a king size, comfortable bed and en-suite bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 4 twin size beds in bunk form. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen open up to the private terrace with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean.
Entire condo is available for your exclusive use including the private pool. Our complex also offers 2 additional common area pools (in addition to your private pool) and a common area garden for sunset viewing.
Please let me know if you prefer a less contact check in and check out. I prefer to meet you and show you the home but we do have 24 hour security and if you're Covid-sensitive or just prefer less contact please let me know and we can have the guard check you in and out.
Our neighborhood, El Faro, is in the perfect location of Puerto Escondido. Equal distance from your practically empty walking beach at Playa Bacoccho and world class Surf beach Playa Zicatella with all the shopping and restaurants in The Rinconada less than 1 km away. 10 minutes to walk to Playa Manzanillo where you can step out into the water and snorkle. 10 minutes to walk to The Adoquin with its shopping and night market. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to downtown and the main grocery store. 15 minutes in a taxi to the Mercado with its local Mexican flare and authentic food. We are in the heart of Puerto Escondido!
5 minutes by taxi from the airport or bus station. If you enjoy the heat it is easy to walk anywhere you want to go. But getting a taxi is 1 block away and you almost never have to wait more than a few minutes for the next taxi to come (or you can call our favorite taxi driver). A taxi almost anywhere in Puerto should only cost you 50 pesos.
Relax with no shoes in the only condo at La Escondida with a comfortable floor. The rest of the units have concrete floor throughout. Perfect for crawling babies and those who prefer comfortable feet. Water is provided. 24 hour security guard.
