Stunningly renovated and featured in "Inside Out" Magazine, is this superbly appointed, uncomplicated and modern Beach House with contemporary Scandinavian furnishings. Enjoy everything this property has to offer with a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences, comfortable lounge and dining area and an entertainment deck overlooking the pool.
Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with bath and toilet. Bedroom 2 contains 2 king single beds (can be placed together to form a king bed if requested)
* Spacious open plan living area with flat-screen TV, comfy lounging and fireplace. WIFI access.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine
* Outdoor entertaining with plunge pool, gas BBQ, outdoor setting and sun lounges
* Ceiling fans, outdoor shower, dining table seating 6, off-street parking for 2 cars
* Main bathroom with shower and toilet. Full Internal laundry
* Small pets on application
* Property suited to children over 12 years only.
