Originally a southern farmhouse built in 1961, this home has been upgraded to make sure your family gets a comfortable, one-of-a-kind experience in the Tar Heel State. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautifully decorated, cozy, clean and comfortable for our crew of 11. The house also has a well stocked kitchen with just about everything you need. It was also really nice to have plenty of beach chairs available, especially since we flew in from Oklahoma. There are also toys and games available for good family time.

Can’t wait to comeback!

Stayed for a week in this beautiful house with my wife and two dogs. During the week, I was able to work remotely with the home’s Wi-Fi service and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the beach (a short five minute drive). It was incredibly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Big comfy couch and tv, backyard grill, and great layout. Loved this place and will be back again next year!

Amazing weekend

My family and I spent the weekend in this home and have nothing but great things to say about it. The house is clean, stylish, and spacious. The location is awesome- just a short ways away from the beach. We loved the screened in porch and backyard area for grilling. Will definitely be coming back! :)

Absolutely Amazing!!!

We had an amazing time staying at this home. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The furnishings were new and very comfortable. The location is quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to the beach. Sitting on the front and back porches was extremely relaxing. I am extremely particular and I can tell you that I don’t have one single complaint about this home. We will definitely be back!

Tranquil vacation

The home is absolutely stunning. It was clean and well maintained. We loved the kitchen and outdoor areas best. The onky problem was there were ants getting in somehow and many mounds on the property with a few other random bugs. The property management was easy to contact and friendly. Everyone we interacted with was kind. While the home is lovely, it has low access to the beach without a hefty hike of 20 minutes or more which was a lot with kids and older adultsbon our trip. We prefer to be closer and would likely n9t rent again peak season due to this. I bet this would be a lovely place to spend a cooler holiday and for those who just want the peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Awesome Home!!

Our family loved the house. It had everything and more for us to enjoy. The home was spacious, clean, convenient to the beach. The enclosed porch on the back and the balcony upstairs and the porch in the front was super nice. Our youngest grandchildren loved the paved sidewalks to ride their scooters and the fenced in yard was an absolute plus for all of us. The kitchen was large and well equipped!! There were toys for the kids and board games for the adults as well after a long day at the beach. Only one suggestion..an outside light on the shed pointing to the parking area. It's really dark out there with the fence and kind of hard to see where you are going. Other than that, our family agree this was ABSOLUTELY the best rental home we have ever had!!

Spacious lovely home

The home is spacious and true to the listing. It has a large fenced in yard, great screened in sunporch, and double story front porches with ceiling fans and chairs to relax in. They have a decent size driveway, a garage to store your beach stuff (they as well had chairs and some toys there, we used our own), a garden hose to rinse items, and a enclosed outdoor shower to get all that sand off you. Kitchen had tons of dishes, pans etc.. as well large refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, and red kettle. It’s a very short drive to the beach and the canal to opposite side. Paid parking only $20. Depending on how much you bring you could walk. We had one in our party join later in the day so they walked down. I would love to take a beach bike with tow for our stuff next time! Just a short drive (12min) are some fun souvenir shops and sweets. The checkin and check out was extremely simple and our contact was accessible and courteous. We certainly would recommend

Incredible Stay - Amazing House

We were fortunate enough to stay in this wonderfully renovated and cozy house with all the modern amenities you could ask for. A large property with plenty of yard and space for family and friends. It’s very close to the beach as well. We definitely plan to visit again and highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible beach vacation.

Gorgeous unique home & wonderful stay!

A farmhouse at the beach with the largest lot I’ve ever seen on Oak Island! The house is updated, clean, spacious and immaculately decorated & well stocked. Our family had a blast and I cannot recommend this property enough. There are 2 large yards, the front porches make you feel like you’re in a Southern Living magazine. Bikes included and an outdoor shower. Don’t miss this place! We will be back every year!
